The app will not load since Monday 9/4/2023. deleted and reinstalled hard reboot on android but still not loading......

To resolve 102.5 The Bone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the 102.5 The Bone App
1. On android, goto Settings » 102.5 The Bone » click [Force Stop]

Clear 102.5 The Bone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 102.5 The Bone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 102.5 The Bone.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 102.5 The Bone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 102.5 The Bone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 102.5 The Bone
