on bill for 02\01\2022 - 05\31\2022 we were billed for premium editions for $36 I called and talked to a non-American lady that could hardly speak English she said she would give us credit for the $36 we have no idea what a premium edition is or have never seen. Now bill is screwed up again. just ads every paper. This bill has past $36 plus another$36. Been with paper forever. what is your problem. You need some new people working for you. Please look into this or possibly get new people. what a shame
