1 year agoWe have not received a paper for 8 straight days. I have called everyday and get the same answer --- "So sorry, we will start your paper tomorrow and credit your account for the days missed". This is a total garbage reply from your answering service in China. Get some real people in Evansville to answer your phones!!! Worst paper in America.

2 years agoI am writing for my father in law who does not have a cell phone. He has home delivery, he is 89 years old. His home delivery has been terrible he has not received his paper 4 out of the last 8 days. The month of February he was missed 4 times. Could you please help. His name is Bill Horton. 2 years agoI have repeatedly called about a non delivery issue. Have missed paper more times than I can count Issues were supposed to be fixed after talking with rep last Fri.. Have not gotten ANY PAPER SINCE LAST THURSDAY. I want ti be reimbursed for at least FIVE papers and also want to cancel my subscription AS OF TODAY Mar 28, 2022 I had better not see any charges to my card

Where are the obituaries?
We like to check local news and obituaries online daily, especially when we travel. Lately, there are no obits available on the phone app. They can be found on the laptop version of the paper, but not via the phone app. This is disappointing and aggravating - a major reason for getting the app is to be able to keep up with the news without lugging around the laptop. Please restore the daily obituaries.

Not user-friendly
This one of the least user-friendly apps I have used. I am simply trying to pay a bill online to save having to tie up a phone operator, and after being sent in a loop multiple times, I am going to have to call a waste your CSR’s time anyway, plus having wasted my time. It won’t even let me send my review without applying unique name. Terrible.

Looks like it was created by a child
This app looks like it as created by a child, it is terrible. It never seems to navigate the same each day and frankly makes it painful to learn about My hometown Evansville. I liked the previous versions much better than this version. It is very difficult to see a summary of daily information and the site seems to be more interested in selling than informing. ALL thumbs down.
