I'm trying to access the app to confirm my email so i can share a bike. The app isn't responding either on my phone or laptop

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VanMoof app issues:

Force Stop the VanMoof App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VanMoof app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VanMoof to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VanMoof App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VanMoof app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VanMoof.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VanMoof » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VanMoof » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
