Force Stop the Channels App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Channels app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Channels to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Channels App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Channels app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Channels.
