When ordering a pizza there is no option to order a half and half this is a common order and means that without it, DominosPizzaCaribbean is useless.

When ordering Wings, they come with one dipping sauce per order; however, when you select a different flavor than what DominosPizzaCaribbean defaults to (Blue Cheese) you are charged $1.00/ dip even thought they should be included. I have ordered these many times and always charged $2.00 more per order because of this.

All in all, DominosPizzaCaribbean is easier than calling an order in and dealing with a noisy pizza shop, but there is definitely much room for improvements.

We use DominosPizzaCaribbean consistently. It’s easy to use. You can track your order and I love that the coupons and specials are always up to date. As someone who is very busy, I love things that are quick and convenient. :)

Time consuming to place the first order, but once you are set up, it is great. There is a bug in Santo Domingo that won’t let you enter the house number, which is frustrating. It bases it on the GPS. I could get it close but not correct.

I don’t even like dominoes but DominosPizzaCaribbean makes it convenient to order especially when the phones are really busy.

Edit: Now I love Dominoes. They’ve really improved on the quality of items made. Outstanding!!!!!

Extremely helpful and easy to use. Able to track my order status and cancel if necessary via app/phone. And also gives more exclusive offers and coupon deals via app. Love the ability to save multiple addresses and custom orders.💯🙌

I like this idea to order Online because Im very visual and by the phone is hard to really know the offers or what you are ordering so by DominosPizzaCaribbean I can be clear and see what is going on with my order I wish every delivery or carryout could use this idea as well

Second time using this method for ordering, and it’s simple and awesomely accurate and easy. Has multiple ways to pay, and just order whatever you want. 100% recommended.

No app has brought me more joy and fulfillment than the Dominoes App. It’s the most technologically advanced app on the planet and it delivers the greatest pizza, served hot, on earth, in 30 minute. What more could you ask for? Customer for life.

It’s been a lot better since last update. Everything works. It needs some new features like push notifications to let you know the order is ready or on the way.

Excellent service. Easy to use app, with option to pay with card ir cash. App is helpful with seeing the status of your pizza and who is making it

Simple but yet makes everything it need to do, I just wished the points page was part of the ordering page, like a more integrated platform

DominosPizzaCaribbean was a great idea you could keep track of your order is use it all the time due to the fact that calling takes to long burning up phone credit.

Sometimes my family and I wanted to buy pizza but nobody would have credit on their phone so we couldn't get pizza. This makes it easier, quicker and handy. The best part, I don't have to explain where I live 😂!!

The credit card payment is working again. App is easy to use and I like the order tracker so you can see what stage your order is at.

Im from Puerto Rico and It works perfectly... i would only add the option to pay the tip in the total at the end of your transaction but that would be just a Plus not a must ... i really like DominosPizzaCaribbean. Recommend it.

DominosPizzaCaribbean is a little slow. however, it’s efficient has amazing money saving coupons and I love using it honestly.

I don’t know what it is about DominosPizzaCaribbean, but I always feel like it’s too much work to order a pizza. But overall it works ok. Maybe it needs bigger text and less clutter overall.

Not even DominosPizzaCaribbean , but the web page are Always with performance issues in Puerto Rico. Dropdown menu for cities does not work frequently, login function almost every time does not work and almost every time trying to order online or from DominosPizzaCaribbean there is a red message displayed that the store does not support online orders, when it's not true. Cheap function😏

After carefully searching for the right coupon, The employee couldn’t find the coupon in there system so i had to pay regular price even tho DominosPizzaCaribbean shows its available for carry out at my local Dominos.

I love it! It is efficient and the tracker was exicting to watch. This is my second time using this new system. I highly recommended.

DominosPizzaCaribbean needs updates. It’s buggy, the interface it’s not IPhone X supported (not Made to fit the whole screen). Please fix DominosPizzaCaribbean. My God!
