Always with performance issues in Puerto Rico
Not even the app, but the web page are Always with performance issues in Puerto Rico. Dropdown menu for cities does not work frequently, login function almost every time does not work and almost every time trying to order online or from the App there is a red message displayed that the store does not support online orders, when it's not true. Cheap function😏

Coupons are not honored at local store
After carefully searching for the right coupon, The employee couldn’t find the coupon in there system so i had to pay regular price even tho the app shows its available for carry out at my local Dominos.

Not the easiest to use
When ordering a pizza there is no option to order a half and half this is a common order and means that without it, the app is useless. When ordering Wings, they come with one dipping sauce per order; however, when you select a different flavor than what the app defaults to (Blue Cheese) you are charged $1.00/ dip even thought they should be included. I have ordered these many times and always charged $2.00 more per order because of this. All in all, the app is easier than calling an order in and dealing with a noisy pizza shop, but there is definitely much room for improvements.
