How to fix NFHS Network app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NFHS Network app on iPhone
Update NFHS Network app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NFHS Network iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NFHS Network on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NFHS Network network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NFHS Network Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NFHS Network not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NFHS Network App
1. On android, goto Settings » NFHS Network » click [Force Stop]

Update NFHS Network to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NFHS Network App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NFHS Network » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NFHS Network.

Fix NFHS Network unable to contact server/ NFHS Network internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NFHS Network » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NFHS Network » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NFHS Network
