NFL Network Status

I am a current NFL +.subscriber and the past few weeks I have had a problem with watching replay games because the app keeps crashing sometimes a few minutes into the game sometime as much as 45 minutes into the game but usually before halftime. Than I have to start it over and even trying to move forward to where to where you left off is difficult. I don't know how common this problem is but it is very annoying. It's not even just the games but any content I try to watch. I have a Fire TV which is where I have most the problems but it also crashes sometimes on my tablets as well. This is a recent issue, like I said the past few weeks. What can be done to correct it. Any help you can give will be appreciated. Because the "bot," on NFL Support is virtually worthless.

Cocoa fl. Channel 101 Spectrum Cable. Says "NFL NETWORK HD Currently Unailable. Please try again later."

After seeking advice from Server - IT Dude - Roku Customer service, they all say to contact NFL with problem: Using a Roku television to call up NFL Seahawks Sunday game, we are unable to watch it, screen says - ERROR CODE: 403 FORBIDDEN. So, what do we do to correct this problem? Have spent few hours trying to resolve by removing channel and reprograming, taking off advertising check, rebooting computer, on hold over and over asking questions, and nothing works. Is NFL responsible for this block? What do you suggest? People on blogs say this has been going on for several months. Thank you.

I downloaded the app from the App Store and it just stays stuck on the welcome to football page . The first page you see when you open the app. I deleted the app and then downloaded it again and it still does the same thing. How do I fix the problem? Anyone have any ideas?
