I'm having trouble adding games to my watch later list. I'm showing that I only have 1 game on the list, but it says my list is full 15 games on the watch later list and I have no way of deleting them.

i like many suscribers complaints are trying to cancel my subscription. i have no need for it any more so do the the right thing and cancel.Ive been paying the this for many months and did not need it. please cancel. please send me an e mail confirming Ill be contacting you guys every day and may have the ny state attorney general contact you. do the right thing and cancel. Maine tournament were rescheduled today 2/22/23 and your site has not been live streaming new scheduled games. What a waste of monies to your organization!!!

order # 1092064 filed an inquiry with customer service 3 days ago but have yet to receive a response. if there were technical difficulties at the time of the event, clarification or explanation would have been appreciated. still waiting for word from customer service.

I have consistently, through numerous avenues, tried to get you to stop billing me. My account shows no subscription at this time but you continue to bill me and fail to respond to any of my communications. I want a real person to contact me via phone (719) 657-1128 or (719) 580-0696 to straighten this mess out. I will be contacting the Colorado Department of Consumer Fraud if this is not taken care of immediately. This is shameful.

Worked great until the finals came on.

Whoever decided to put a time limit on a live event is a freaking genius! (Sarcasm) I’m watching my two nephews wrestle in the conference tournament and as I expected they both make it to the finals against kids that have beat them either this year or last. So I’m excited to see it! But guess what? The geniuses at NFHS Network thinks having a time limit not even close to the length most wrestling tournaments take to finish is a great idea. So not even half way through the consolation round the live stream ends! Guess I paid to watch one of three rounds since the first round the camera was zoomed in to the out of bounds area between the two mats. FIX THE PROBLEM OF THE STREAM ENDING BEFORE THE EVENT DOES!!! It’s in every bad review on here! It probably takes a couple clicks of your mouse to fix it. I will be demanding my money back for this poor excuse of a network.

Worst customer service ever

This is the biggest rip off ever. If I could give it zero stars I would. I called a week before our 1 month subscription was up to cancel. I waited on hold forever with no answer, so I did as they requested and emailed them . A week later they charged my credit card again. I tried to call again. Same thing. I have emailed them twice with no response at all and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I got to watch exactly one swim meet in the month I had the service , it was so far away it could have been anyone swimming in the pool and the only one left after that had a person standing in front of the camera the entire time. I do plan on contacting the FCC if I do not hear back from them and get the second month that they charged me for refunded.

Worst filming ever

I don’t know how this app has decent ratings from anyone. The automatic cameras will follow random people on the sidelines and not show you the actual plays happening. The camera glitches all the time and this game I was watching, the camera was nonstop shaking. The score is never updated throughout the whole game nor the time. And they never show the scoreboard so you never know the score or time. I would know the score if it would catch all the plays but that doesn’t happen as I said. The microphone catches people yelling in the audience but it’s incredibly hard to hear the announcer. I’ve only heard them 2-3 times. I’ve tried to contact the company about this and they haven’t contacted me back in over a month. I’m cancelling after this game is over today.
