ELEAD1ONESales is an incredible too for a salesperson. You can log someone in the showroom in an instant. The drivers license scanner makes the process so simple. Once a customer is logged if they don't buy there and then I now have all their information logged in the CRM to perform my follow up. I can text them, use click to call and email them in an instant. Great app, have used others at other locations and nothing beats this.

ELEAD1ONESales has come a long way.
Didn’t like the old one it really didn’t work. With this one I can use the Texting tool, Click to Call works, scan the vin of the trade and I love the new video function.

I find that if I turn off the wifi it works better.

This is the worst CRM mobile application there is and the desk top version is not any better. Mobile version does not load.. ever. It’s useless. It kicks customer info so when you think you have logged them, you are incorrect. It is a hassle to make appointment, write notes, or even try to follow up because ELEAD1ONESales never works. Dealersocket is the best CRM with the best Mobile app. Maybe you guys can be more like them. Hopefully our dealership gets rid of ELEAD1ONE and goes with dealersocket

ELEAD1ONESales needs to be fixed. Notifications off leads have stopped and it just keeps spinning on a page you tap on

ELEAD1ONESales is better than the last and I can tell they are making progress and working on making this even better.

It’s a good app for salespeople, but it can be better by being modern in design and also its lags time to time. Feels bit too busy since you have to zoom in just to see texts from customers, and trying to enter customer’s information.

I don’t know if they don’t care or are really trying. But the ELEAD app literally doesn’t work. It’s about as useful as a pen and paper. The UI is so outdated, it’s like using Windows 97. To input a customer it will take you 10 mins while ELEAD1ONESales crashes 4 times.

Was working periodically but frequently crashed now cannot login after multiple delete and reinstall attempts. Hard to believe they cannot get this right. Was a decent tool and now for last ~60 gays useless

ELEAD1ONESales is useless. If you need to use ELEAD1ONE remotely, open your browser and log in to the website, you can perform your tasks much more quickly from the website.

Improve the user interface, fix the bugs, more features.

Always laggy, won’t let me log in, says authorization failed, although it works fine on a desktop. So it makes it impossible to work on the go

My leads don’t appear much and the notifications are horrible. Bad app period. Especially for what we use it for you think it would work better.

ELEAD1ONESales really needs to be fixed. Always kicks you out. Does not work properly.

Absolutely the worst app ever used for automotive CRM. It is glitchy as hell won’t save your password. Too many problems with ELEAD1ONESales to even want to try to learn how to use it. I need to throw out this whole program and start over.

The latest version will not find any customers in the search, and crashes often
