It’s like a one way channel. You can only order and give them money. In case you have a problem with the order and looking for return or exchange, you will be LITERALLY HARASSED to the core. They have a million reason to void your return. They are not reachable on email or phone or whatever mode you say.

I waited for 33 minutes on a call before connecting to an agent who just reads a para from her desktop. You question them then get the rudest ever reply from a customer care ever. They will annoy you to such an extent that you would just want to ignore the return and throw the product in garbage give them the money. It is literally HARASSMENT.

They just want to spoil your peace. If you still wish to purchase from AJIO, be sure to loose your sleep and peace.

It's the worst app i have everd seen it has been 5 day asking for my refund but i am not getting i any reply i have mailed them many times and even call to tere given number but they don't pick the phone and there are no reply to my mail.

App displays black pages and even the website keeps saying url rejected. Fix it guys! It’s been almost 2 weeks.

They send like more than 100 notifications in a day... even my gf doesn’t send me these much messages.... every time my phone is pinging because of there notifications... worst app...

If you switch to a different app while using Ajio then all the filtered/selected items get removed and app restart itself . Very annoying

Can’t return a product as no tag issue. These ... didn’t send the top and have made a issue with almost every one. Now while returning the bottom from the set it doesn’t has the tag. They can simply check the weight of the shipment and obviously it will show the weight of the entire shipment. They have many ways to cross check. Horrible way of extortion...
Waiting to change the review if issue is resolved, else it looks like they have enough money and are least bothered about others money,
Atleast don’t show offers if you can’t afford to give those

Bough the item but was undelivered for first 15 days! They kept saying that the shipping company has it but shipping company showed me in their DB that they never got it. Ajio’s Supervisors and managers laugh on your misery and after 15 days they just cancelled my order. Pathetic!

AJIOOnlineShoppingApp always freezes after using it for a couple days. Need some major improvements, not at all user friendly.

If they don’t have capacity to take the multiple orders why they are accepting it god knows
Out of 10 time 8 times will have some or the other transaction problem

Last month I tried placing order 4 times via different modes, every time money got deducted and order was not placed. Today on 13th September 2021 again money got deducted 3 times first I tried via upi via paytm and Google pay both time money got deducted then I tried via debit card and guess what again same thing happened. I am really disappointed with this and finally came here to write review.

I can not believe that AJIOOnlineShoppingApp even exists! Failed shopping cart checkout, failed promo application, frustrating order cancels, frustrating wait times to reach customer support who neither care much nor can do much to improve the experience.

I start using Ajio few months ago. Ordered there minimum 25 items. Got many deals at unexpected low price BUT BEING HARRASSED LITERALLY WHILE TRIED TO RETURN 2-3 ITEMS. It’s like they are okay if you are purchasing from there but they would try their level best to find any type of fault at customer's end to avoid the return. Still 2 items which they are supposed to pick up long ago, are at my home. They are giving meaningless excuses and demanding such type of tags which were not there since d beginning. I do shopping from all famous websites on a daily basis but never had such a bad experience.

I like shopping on Ajio but AJIOOnlineShoppingApp is a complete fail if it hides reviews of clothes. People mostly check reviews for making reliable purchases. 👍 clothes 👎 app

The User interface and view was really good. Product collection was also good but i dnno why suddenly app gets stuck, when i try to restart it again it perform well for some time, again it repeats within a minute or two.
Hope developers will resolve this issue for ios14.

Installed AJIOOnlineShoppingApp but was never to complete the purchase..... Always says requested URL was rejected and contact the administrator..... can’t even get to finish on laptop either

The very first purchase I made in Ajio, the shoe was in a very old mutilated box. One shoe is faded and discolouration as if it was in display for ages before getting shipped to me.
