MIRRAW is the best app that I’ve ever found with ethnic clothing of such great variety and styles for the whole family I am so excited to have found this I have shared it with everyone I know and the deals are awesome buy one get three free you can’t find that no where I end up with four items for the price of one that is beyond awesome and the clothes are cute and the fabric is great quality you just have to know what you’re buying so you make sure if you were buying a top that does not have sizes like small medium large then you have to put in the stitching size and you have to look at the chart to find the right sizing because this was made for Indian people the sizes run small so for Americans we definitely have to do a size up anytime we pick something other than it is perfect

Before I made the purchase, I made sure to read the return policy. I got the dress and the quality of the fabric was great. It was exactly like it was in the picture, however, it did not fit well. I started the return process and revived a confirmation email that explain the next step. The following day, I received another email from their Customer Service who advised that I would not be able to return because of the custom fee, or something like that. I spend over a month trying to replace my item but they denied and offered 10% refund and keep the product that I am not going to wear as it does not fit. I share with them a screenshot of what was indicated in their website and explained my purchase was based on their return policy that allows to do a return but they said no.
I am disappointed on their lie and my first experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to purchase more dresses but I decided to stop shopping with them because of my first experience!

I spent lots of time picking out some salwars to purchase but never even got them ordered because they change the prices so often that the prices changed twice over the few days I was shopping around in MIRRAW . After looking around at the pricing I don’t even think this is honest business because they price the items absurdly high just so they can say the items are “on sale” 60 to 80 percent off. No one would buy any of these at full price.
Besides that I’m frustrated because I chose NOT to opt in to any email offers, however I immediately began to receive multiple emails a day from them, with NO WAY to unsubscribe. I had to email them asking them to take me off their list, and after being promised I would not receive emails after 3-4 days, they’re still coming... multiple times a day... three weeks later.
I’m deleting MIRRAW from my phone!

It’s absolutely horrible.
I ordered nearly $200 of clothing from this fraudulent company (in hindsight, the fraudulence first appears in the absurdly high discount rates, and secondly in the reviews!!! LISTEN TO REVIEWS).
It takes about a week just for them to supposedly* stitch ONE suit order, I’ll be lucky if they finish 3 in one week.
Customer service is completely sub-par, even below that. It’s plain crap. A hot steaming pile of crap.
No follow up, and if there is it takes at least 2 days to even hear anything back. I kept getting generated emails about order numbers I have no idea about and am then (eventually) explained that it refers to a specific suit within my order, because God knows there’s nothing actually labeled. I’m still waiting for my order to be completed and shipped. Beginning to wonder if they just mark it as completed every now and again just to make it seem they’re doing something.

If this is how you choose to do your shady business, at least be upfront about the quality of your products, stitching and shipping time, and customer response time. You might have a few less bad reviews and more people willing to spend $ on your product knowing what to actually expect. Might even increase your ratings. Who knows.

This site does not deserve any star at all. Worst purchased ever in my entire life. I ordered 2 items on Black Friday deals which was on November and I got it today on January. 2 months??? The estimated delivery date was December 15th and was waiting waiting and waiting. I contacted them and tried to find the issue they keep saying sorry for inconvenience once your product get dispatch we will let you know. Every other day a guy name prashant send me same email. I even ask them to cancel my order and send my money back after waiting for more than one month but he said they can't do that. Worst customer service and most importantly the product is so cheap and not as picture as many people said. Don't buy it from here. So so so disappointed.

Half the stuff was awful fabric to wear against the body and to make matters worse they blast you about 30 times a day on your phone it’s a nightmare , I’ve asked them twice to stop I need to pay attention to my phone for business ...ugh !!!!
I’d of given them a chance had not been so aggressively annoying with their text blast to my phone !!!!!!!!
Also I sent repeated messages not to send me a certain fabric and only send georgette so to cancel any of that type of textile I’ve ordered , instead they charged me , said they were out of that product , and gave me a credit with a short term recovery , all w/o my permission .
I even every contact was ignored and not respected so now I’m out the money and merchandise .

This is the best site ever to purchase traditional indian clothes and jewelry all you have to do is to see the picture of the clothes in unstitched form so you will know what you are expecting .some of the clothes has it and some don’t
Sometimes They may take long time to deliver ,just give them a call they will fasten up you delivery...and the customer service is really helpful too and the stitching price for this product are unbelievably cheaper .

Everything is over priced. Horrible customer support. Shopping and shipping is easy as long as you get what you ordered. Even they messed up your order, they don’t take returns and refunds. After many follow ups, they offered 40% refund and keeping that wrong order(which I can’t use for me or for anyone in my family), later receive another email from support team offering 20% refund. Like seriously? Then finally agreed for 50% refund. The customer support numbers works well but they don’t have any information to update you with. All they say is write an email, our team will get back to you. Very poor customer handling skills.

I am located in USA and ordered 6 items for my twin kids for their birthday. I was disappointed with the quality of the package and the condition of the clothes itself. I shared the pictures of all the items showing the damages.. but to my shock I only got about 20% of the refund on few items. I am still following up on the rest of the items.. the customer service is excellent in terms of response, but the policies, turn around time are very very bad.. beware .. you won’t get refund in case of any damage specially if you are overseas!! Not sure about Indian orders.. I hope this review helps whoever is reading it!!

They sent me wrong sizes of all the items of $400 purchase, and when I contacted them several times they kept ignoring me and hanging up on me. When I spoke to someone finally they told me I have to pay for shipping even tho it’s their mistake. I said I’m not going to pay for shipping because it’s your fault, they said, you can keep the product and we will give you 30% refund to your this app wallet. This is scam. Be careful people be very careful. This company is doing illegal things. Others complaining about same issues. They must be sued by one of the victims.
DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Fraudulent site. Don’t bother horrible quality. Not honest. All the good reviews online are fake. I lost 101 usd on something I wouldn’t be caught dead in. They charge huge amounts for something made for $5-10. Itchy bad quality half stitched blouse horrible thread work. Threads sticking out tassels coming undone half stitched blouse literally! They stopped half way the embroidery! It looks soooo cheap and poorly made. Overall negative experience. Stay away. However other than the bad quality it fit well I just couldn’t stay in it for more than 5 minutes it was SO ITCHY! DONT buy any bridal clothes here. I bought the breezy blue or Aqua Blue Embroidered Silk Semi Stitched Lehenga With Dupatta and it does not meet my expectations.

Plz don’t ever buy anything from this site. The customer service is worst. I have been trying to contact the customer service since many days but no response. My order should be delivered on time which did not. In addition to that I wanted to cancel my order but there is no option in MIRRAW through which customer can cancel the order. Never trust this website or app. The worst experience ever in my life. I would never buy things from MIRRAW again, and I wish my order arrives soon. Also, I wish that quality will worth the money which I’m not sure because most of the reviews says that the quality of the products is very cheap.

I ordered a lot of items and almost all of it came damaged. I contacted them and they don’t want to refund my money. They keep telling me sorry for the inconvenience but we can refund 15% and keep the products. I don’t want the products they’re damaged. Still they wouldn’t refund my money so I continued emailing them they said we can settle for 50%. At this point I’m tired going back and forth through email for over a month now so I said ok. I paid $175 USD and they only refund me $11 USD. That’s what they call 50%. I want all my money back at this point. Done with them. Don’t believe the site saying we refund if you’re not happy with your products that’s a lie. Horrible service

The quality of the items I did receive where very nice, but three of the kuftan abayas I ordered where canceled due to not passing quality inspection. I was give a refund but it was not the full amount of the items I purchased so I had to contact the company by email to make them aware of this matter. They did responded promptly back and said that I was issued a full refund and apologies to me for the inconvenience that it has caused me.

They messed up stitching one of the blouse for a kanchivaram saree. When I reported how I can’t use the product anymore, they offered 50%refund. On the next order they themselves cancelled one item in the order stating it dint pass quality test and they would give a 50%off coupon.
It’s very time consuming to follow up and get these things resolved. Once payment is done , money is gone and the rest is up to them. As a customer I expect to receive what I paid for, which I don’t think is too much.
MIRRAW is very flaky, it just closes once u search a product.

I ordered $333 worth of clothing and paid by my credit card when making the order. The website kept stating that my payment was not approved when in fact it was charged and paid for immediately when placing the order. I contacted this app on numerous times via their website email and through my personal email to clear things up. It finally got cleared but due to this delay it created a delay on when I would be receiving my products, which were ordered for a party. Thus, in hindsight I should’ve read the reviews before making my order.

MIRRAW keeps closing after 5-10 seconds making it impossible to use. There is also no option on the website to report a technical issue so I dont know who to complain to. Aside from that I ordered from them twice and was happy with the product and speed of delivery. Just wish MIRRAW would work.

It was painful to give the measurement. Somewhere where it was supposed to take 0.5, the field did not accept it. It required several follow up with the customer service.
The delivery time was quite long too. I ordered in Mar. and it was delivered in May.
When I received the items, the stitching and all is pretty good though. Hence giving 4 star.

First time ordering from this website. Was a little hesitant in the beginning based on the reviews. But of course you shouldn’t believe everything you read. I ordered blue lengha and got standard stitching done. It is beautiful and was stitched perfectly. Will order from them again!!

There is no star for this site .don't trust them at all . I purchased 6 items . Not one that I got was I ordered . There is nothing like what they show in picture and the cheapest material they can find on this earth . Pls don’t order any clothes from them . Their jewelries are good . But don’t ever order clothes . I am
Extremely disappointed . And I had to ask for the money for the items they cancelled for not having the item. I will never wear either one to embarrass myself .
