I placed an order on April 25th. The status on my order hasn't moved since the 26th. Today is the 5th. I called customer service and i get through to no one. This feels like a scam!
I TRYING TO CONTACT TO RETURN MY DRESSES BUT UNABLE TO CONTACT THE NUMBERS GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN COUPON. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW AND WAITING FOR PENDING APPROVAL. MY ORDER # M181946099

Half the stuff was awful fabric to wear against the body and to make matters worse they blast you about 30 times a day on your phone it’s a nightmare , I’ve asked them twice to stop I need to pay attention to my phone for business ...ugh !!!!
I’d of given them a chance had not been so aggressively annoying with their text blast to my phone !!!!!!!!
Also I sent repeated messages not to send me a certain fabric and only send georgette so to cancel any of that type of textile I’ve ordered , instead they charged me , said they were out of that product , and gave me a credit with a short term recovery , all w/o my permission .
I even every contact was ignored and not respected so now I’m out the money and merchandise .

Everything is over priced. Horrible customer support. Shopping and shipping is easy as long as you get what you ordered. Even they messed up your order, they don’t take returns and refunds. After many follow ups, they offered 40% refund and keeping that wrong order(which I can’t use for me or for anyone in my family), later receive another email from support team offering 20% refund. Like seriously? Then finally agreed for 50% refund. The customer support numbers works well but they don’t have any information to update you with. All they say is write an email, our team will get back to you. Very poor customer handling skills.

I am located in USA and ordered 6 items for my twin kids for their birthday. I was disappointed with the quality of the package and the condition of the clothes itself. I shared the pictures of all the items showing the damages.. but to my shock I only got about 20% of the refund on few items. I am still following up on the rest of the items.. the customer service is excellent in terms of response, but the policies, turn around time are very very bad.. beware .. you won’t get refund in case of any damage specially if you are overseas!! Not sure about Indian orders.. I hope this review helps whoever is reading it!!
