Wallethub app won't download. On my E4 Motorola phone. I had it for the longest until I lost all data on my phone. As I try to re-download the app it says my phone is not compatible after all this time that I had it, then lost it.

How to fix WalletHub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WalletHub app on iPhone
Update WalletHub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WalletHub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WalletHub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WalletHub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WalletHub Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WalletHub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WalletHub App
1. On android, goto Settings » WalletHub » click [Force Stop]

Update WalletHub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WalletHub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WalletHub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WalletHub.

Fix WalletHub unable to contact server/ WalletHub internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WalletHub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WalletHub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WalletHub
