Works great!!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I had no problem setting it up, or using it. People need to realize that’s the hours recorded are for 24 hour periods. Where I’m at, which is Pacific standard time, it goes from 10 AM to 10 AM the next day. That means if I go to bed at 8 AM and sleep till 3 PM it’s going to record two hours of data for the first day and five hours of data on the following day.(I work nights) and I find that in order for it to sync The power button must be Long pressed until the green light goes out. Because if you only press the power button once, it doesn’t seem to sync while the green power button light is still on. And I find that by closing myAir completely and restarting it will cause it to sync immediately. myAir isn’t supposed to give you the same details that your doctor gets, but this will show you if you’re in compliance for your insurance company. And I highly recommend looking at the report that is generated from the summary which will give you your 30 day, 90 day and year-long results and your conformance. Which for me is using it 70% of the time which is 21 out of 30 nights a month at least four hours a night.

Having a blast with the app

I am 70 years old and was recently retested and still have a slight trace of sleep apnea. I decided to go ahead and was directed to purchase the ResMed AirSense 10... I was curious about the advertisement of your app so I downloaded it and was glad that I did. It is interesting to follow the progress of everything but it would be nice to have a space for notes if there is a discrepancy with the data and actual time involved.
As an example last night was the fourth recorded night and my highest score (98) with almost the longest sleep time. Although, now that I think about it, I may have thrown things off because I didn’t turn off the AirSense 10 right away. I was too excited trying to text an email to my doctor about what just happened so I texted him an email that took hours to do. For the first time since around 1980 I had a full fledged nightmare that I could remember for at least a few seconds, thanks to the CPAP for jogging my rem sleep and this software for recording the event. I know that there are separate word processors but it would be nice to have space on myAir to leave explanations for sleep periods, as in this case.
Thanks for such a wonderful app!

I don’t know why the low star rating?

Ok I was skeptical to download myAir based on the one star reviews, but downloaded it anyway, and I’m glad I did, so far it’s been good with my iPhone 11, I like that I can see a semi detailed report of my sleep patterns on my phone. My sleep studied showed I have 27 apnea’s per hour, and myAir confirmed this, my doctor also told me that the opioids I take for pain (Oxycodone) is what’s giving me breathing problems when I sleep, my research showed he was right, oxycodone can cause respiratory problems, myAir also confirmed it, while taking oxycodone i had 27-28 apnea an hour, when I stopped taking the oxycodone I only had between 4-9 apnea’s according to myAir, and started feeling better mentally and physically, minus the back pain which I will find another alternative that is NOT opioids. I also like that myAir has a sleep score, 1 day I got a Sleep score of 100 and man that score was on point because I felt so rested with no headache’s , I felt like a million bucks. Now striving to get a 100 score every-time, Great app, to the developers; keep up the good work :)

Heard of WiFi?? Does it sleep until 10am??

We live in the country and don’t get the best cell service. So since bedroom is in lower level we get 1 bar at best. Says to move it to a better location but most people I know sleep on their bedroom not the living room or kitchen. With WiFi we have a great connection all over the house. We will have even worse cell service at the cabin this summer. WiFi would be very helpful. Data might not go to the cloud but it could go machine to cell by WiFi and the to cloud when we get to a good cell connection. Duh it’s 2021 right?

Next of the many reasons for the 1 star rating is that if you bump the power button and shut it off almost immediately it still counts that as your score for the night for a VERY long time. The accurate data did not appear until after 10:30 am the next morning. Is myAir on doctors hours? Why would it even think to give a score of zero for a two second use of the machine when the power is accidentally turned on? Lock that crap out. My husband is just getting started on this and a zero score for the second night just made him cranky and he was going to give up. Think about how your data impacts people that really need encouragement at the beginning of use.

There is much more to say but I can see with a 2.7 rating you probably have heard a lot of it already and will just continue to ignore comments anyway

No data shows up or syncs

Without exaggeration or hyperbole, it is beyond me how Resmed could deploy an app as poor and sub par as this one. It doesn’t work at all. It shows me no data of prior nights, it doesn’t synch; it doesn’t alert me of anything, although I accepted notifications; it’s reporting functions are shallow at best; trying to reach support is practically impossible, and I could go on & on. The Airsense 10 machine For Her is also a very poorly functioning machine. It is loud. You can hear yourself breathe and it’s hard to fall asleep with it’s loudness. To boot, it’s inaccurate. Even when I have a bad night and can’t sleep the machine shows the happy face. For 12 years I have used a ResMed machine and although I had hundreds of nights where I couldn’t sleep because the pressure the doctor had set up was insufficient, the machine always showed the happy face. I never got a sad face, and I mean NEVER. I thought the new AirSense machines had updated functionality & technology, but it’s just as faulty as its predecessor. I wrote support an email and they did not respond. I am going back to my doctor & insurance to see about changing brands (maybe Respironics?). I’m ready to try anything but ResMed at this point. Missing, faulty, incorrect sleep data is the LAST thing any one with sleep apnea needs to contend with. There’s no excuse for this type of faulty equipment and bad apps like ResMed’s. They’ve been making these for decades.

App is very good but two suggestions from a Senior Citizen

Overall I gave myAir 5 stars but as a user and retired software developer I have a two ‘user based’ suggestions.
1. Instead of showing history by specific month, base display on last 15 days so users can easily see continuous progress’s with out switching month. For example, this morning (Nov 1st) the display opened showing November and I had to switch back and forth to see how my numbers were progressing. Since I check each of the history item every day, it is not very user friendly. From a user point of view, this is unnecessary clicks and makes it some what harder to see true recent progress. Old people like me are not going to appreciate this added complexity.
2. I can not find anywhere in myAir that shows pressure reading from the nightly process. I have to go back to my machine to verify pressure readings.

I have a Airsense 11.

Okay at times.

When it works, the info is great. However, I’ve been using myAir and my CPAP for 7 days now. Last night, I used it for 6.5 hours according to my machine (accurate) but myAir says I didn’t use my machine at all. Also, myAir tries to have me register an account every time I open it and never remembers me. It’s very annoying to have to log in every single time I want to check it. The dev responses on here are non-answers. We understand that the data on myAir should not be the end-all-be-all for clinical needs but what’s the point in you even making myAir if someone literally said that it didn’t track a single thing for a night yet their machine said differently and your response was for them to talk to their doctor…like, no, we understand actual decisions should be reviewed through the proper channels but when there is such a drastic discrepancy between what happened and what myAir said you just need to kill myAir at that point or actually fix the issue. We aren’t using it to make important decisions but to ensure very basics are met for insurance compliance, roughly how many hours were used that night, etc. This issue is myAir , not the machine and your doctor can’t fix myAir .

App is really good! Does what it is intended to do.

Although I have been a CPAP user for about 10 years, I never could get good feedback on my sleep. Even taking the card to my doctor I would get a “doing great”. I have recently updated my machine from a S9 to the newest 11 machine. I have been very impressed by the info I get in myAir . It is easy to set up and easy to use. I generally will download my data before I am out of the bed. I have not had any download issues. One thing I would request that the developers to consider is having a “comment box” in myAir that I could enter reasons for not having a good score. I had a 65 last week and it was because I just could not sleep. So i got up at 4:30 am and was short on sleep hours. (I have insomnia as well) Being able to enter that would help in a personal evaluation. Users could document issues with their mask and other things. Not a long box, just enough to remember why the score was low. And not the ability to modify your data. Thanks in advance for that consideration.

No cell reception, no Bluetooth option

This device cellular connection is terrible. I have full bars on Verizon and T-Mobile and AT&T from my home and yet this thing has no signal, or one bar, no matter where it is moved. No data is uploaded. I can see this is going to be a point of debate with the insurance company, as no one told me about the stupid 90 compliance rule for reimbursement and I didn’t set up myAir until after using it for a week—-and this device also doesn’t start tracking until after you set up myAir — it keeps NOTHING until you set up myAir , despite apparently sending cell signals to the cloud without you knowing it. So now I’ve lost now 8 days of data, because even after setting up myAir , it won’t connect to the cloud. Not to mention that I was sent this thing without any option to select from vendors. It seems like a decent device, but there is no way to correct the fact that ResMeds integrated automatic, and active-without-telling-you cellular connection doesn’t work and the user has no control over it either. Perhaps a Philips device would be better? I’ll never know, I suppose.

Suggestion for future upgrades

This is my third try at using a CPAP machine over the last 15 years or so. My prior experiences all failed before I could get full benefits of the treatment. A combination of the much improved machine and the immediate feedback support of myAir made it possible to get through the mask anxiety and finding a mask that worked.

I appreciate the daily feedback, even the cheesy coaching, helped me stay with the treatment until I could feel the benefits and improve my life.

There is one improvement that you might consider. It would be great to have the ability to provide notes visible to the clinician. For example; on a night with minimal use - “Got up early for travel” or “mask disconnected during night and I didn’t know until morning “ or “I am really struggling with the mask”. One might note a medication change -“Sleeping pill tonight”, or “Trying different mask”

This app is pretty good.

I started suing a CPAP machine in June/2019. I was aware myAir this app existed. However, (back then) I didn’t like myAir and deleted it after a couple of days. That being said, I downloaded myAir again a week ago (Jan/2020). I can honestly say that I am very happy with the this app app. The UI is friendly. myAir is simple to use and even more simple to understand. Even though I know my CPAP machine has helped me a great deal, myAir gives me further confidence that the CPAP machine treatment and SLEEP is going very well. It’s not really a “knock”, but I will say it because it may help some other users of the this app app or those whom are considering downloading/using myAir. I wake up at 05:30am every morning. Although I check myAir when I wake up, the this app analysis and sleep score are never ready until about an hour later (@06:30am). That’s all. The this app app gets 5 stars.

This app is a nightmare

My machine is fine. I’m on day 8 currently and after a week of using myAir , my general thoughts are myAir is absolutely worthless. It’s supposed to give us basic answers to our sleep routine and myAir doesn’t provide that. It never syncs. I close it, delete it and redownload, sign in AGAIN, only to be met with “no data”. My connection is great in my home, but somehow the machine says 1 bar. I literally can’t move the machine anywhere else so each night I’m met with the same disappointment. In 2022 when technology is at an all time high, I find it aggravating that myAir is so utterly raggedy. Thank goodness the machine tracks my actual sleep data for insurance- bc if I had to rely on this defective app, I’d be losing my free rental from insurance. myAir needs serious work and looking at the developers responses, they seem to think it’s all OUR faults for poor connection, or our lack of understanding of how it’s supposed to work. myAir is garbage and only gives minimal answers and solutions to real technical issues users are clearly having. Paying myAir dust!

Useful, quick glance of CPAP stats

I have used myAir daily for a couple years to monitor my CPAP therapy. It’s easy to use and allows clear tracking of my statistics.

Recently myAir had an update to include a detailed report that has further breakdown, like the doctor is able to view. I LOVE having access to this report without waiting to visit the doctor. A very good added feature.

The only issue I’m having is the most recent data is not displayed onscreen after the update. I have to scroll over to view it. I liked being able to click on the “seal” or “events” heading to immediately view last nights data without scrolling. I think now it’s showing the beginning of the month instead. It may seem like a small change, but was confusing at first because I thought I was missing data since the dashboard numbers didn’t seem to be reflected in the detail screen, only to discover I now need to scroll to see it.

This app doesn’t remember my password

I tried to get into myAir today to close it out and it won’t let me. It doesn’t recognize my password. (I am getting rid of my old machine today) and wanted to delete my account. So, I went in and got a link and reset it I thought. But when I try to get into myAir it won’t let me at all now. I finally just deleted myAir !!! I am getting another different machine today
because my old one is warning ⚠️ me that 5 1/2 years is enough. I chose to get the Philips Respironics DreamStation as it has a two stage filtration system. My mom has that one and recommend I get that one as I have asthma. In all the years of changing filters in both hers and mine. Her filters are always dirty whereas mine hardly have any dust. “I change them at the same time”. Then today as I disassembled my machine I noticed a lot of dust inside of the intake hole. I feel that this machine needs to be reworked on its filtration system so as not to force unwanted dust deeper into our lung. Even cigarettes have filters to block “unwanted” dust particles.

Does What It Says

Usually doesn’t work consistent with reviews seen here for lack of data, connection to server, time delay, etc. Seems problem rests with myAir and not users. Essentially the tool is not reliable on any kind of consistent basis.

Update July 23, 2020
myAir does what it says it does. Users should understand there is a lag time from daily use for transmitting data from the CPAP unit to the this app servers and then results interpreted and sent back to the users app. Usually this takes a couple of hours. It has consistently worked flawlessly for me, you just have to be patient with the time lag and understand myAir is unlike the typical operation of other apps. Original one star post changed to five stars. Congrats to the this app team.

Good with one fault

Very good app overall. I like the graphical layout and charting options and don’t mind the delay in data availability that some have complained about. Certainly this is a better app than the competitor I used to use when I owned a different cpap machine. My one complaint here is the mask on/off measure. This should be a measure of involuntary mask displacement, such as when someone removes their mask during sleep, or could be omitted altogether. What it should not be is a measure of the number of times per night a person wakes up and turns off the machine. People get up to use the bathroom, to tend to children and pets, and for many other reasons. This isn’t related in any way to sleep apnea or to the use of the machine itself and shouldn’t be factored in to a calculation whose aim is to quantify sleep quality based on apnea. Otherwise myAir does what it needs to.

Helpful data

Cpap user for many, many years, started back when the masks hurt and there was no humidity, got a new machine and mask many years ago and with humidity and a mask that didn’t cause pain every night things improved a lot. Now after getting another new machine with the daily updates and myAir I find that my mask was leaking badly, after looking into why it turns out my mouth was opening during the night and without myAir and a smarter machine I had no idea just how bad it was. Got a chin strap and my sleep is much better and leak reports are now gone. Great update, good data. Thanks!

Would love to see an iPad version of myAir so I don’t have to turn my ipad on it’s side to look at the data.

Reviewing the app-not the CPAP

TL;DR: myAir has limited usefulness if it doesn’t reliably connect to your home wifi.

My experience: Every other wireless device in my house works except this ResMed Airsense 11. I even bought a wifi extender for my bedroom, which I otherwise would not need. It does not improve connectivity performance for reporting data for trending history (pretty much the only usefulness myAir would have, right?). The support for this issue is: move the machine around to find the best wifi coverage. That’s not helpful if you would have to move your bed and nightstand, change rooms, or-I guess-find a 200-foot extension cord and a 200-foot mask hose to hook up the device in a “better” location? Mind you, I was intermittently able to get 2 bars to show up on the screen for 9 days, so I know it’s possible. I’m not saying “don’t waste your time” with myAir, but don’t be surprised or disappointed if you don’t get the convenience promised in the marketing for your CPAP machine.

By

Wretched, especially ”support“

Update after 2-3 months use, and post developer response:

Developer’s response to my original review proves my point about canned responses. How can I monitor the effectiveness of my therapy if I’m not able to also figure out my sleep patterns and how they are changing (or not)?

Also, it really appears that the score you get from myAir is almost entirely based on the number of hours that you use the machine.

But as I said, there is no other app for the ResMed machine.

Original post:
I am really surprised that there is really no information available from myAir that would make it actually useful for a person who is trying to proactively improve their sleep. You will receive a composite score, and numbers that are rounded down for events, etc.

There is no open ended support interface. myAir forces you to choose categories and questions from its own pre-populated library in order to submit questions. So if you want to ask about anything else, you’ve just got to force the issue, pick the closest one even if it is actually unrelated, and then pose your question. Then, even if your message/support request gets through. Responses are generally canned, and it’s not quite clear that they actually read your inquiry.

So, you’ll get myAir because… What else are you going to do? There is no other app for the Resmed machine, and it’s not as though the machine itself makes any data available.

Complete crap

Just started using myAir to look at my sleep results as its much easier with myAir than using the machine. myAir is garbage and the machine is also. For instance last night I tried a new mask. I woke up at least ten times to adjust it. My wife could not handle the leaking air noise and moved to a different room. Yet, myAir said great seal, actually, perfect seal. Not possible. I actually took off the mask in early morning hours due to problems all night and yet it rated a perfect score. It said 2.5 events per hour, yet I woke up at least ten times adjusting that mask. this has happened many times, always a perfect score even when the machine showed that red face stating bad seal. Wierd since it syncs with the machine. Super easy to use, but false results. It's free and worth a shot, but in my experience inaccurate. Going to my sleep doctor to find a better mask and discuss how badly I sleep and how myAir and res med machine could show inaccurate results.

By

Has issues

I agree with other reviewers who say the device needs to be more helpful.

I can add that the error message that always greets you when you open myAir , telling you that the server isn’t responding, when in fact it is, is irritating.

Also, if you also own a Resmed travel CPAP machine and register them both with Resmed, you’d reasonably expect Resmed to combine the data of both together for insurance purposes. (Insurance won’t pay for a new home one when it breaks if you’ve used it for less than 70% of the time.) Resmed doesn’t even report the travel device’s data to my doctor! So any nights you spend traveling don’t count for insurance purposes. This could be quite dangerous if one travels a lot but can’t afford to buy one’s own device because Resmed stupidly refused to include the sleep data during travel in their insurance report. Again, this is an easy fix, but Resmed isn’t doing anything about it.

I’ve notified Resmed of these problems multiple times over a period of more than a year, but they refuse to fix these obvious and easily fixed problems. Indeed, Resmed’s tech support is spectacularly bad. It is physically impossible to get hold of a human, email yields no response at all.

You should consider another company’s devices and apps. Other companies have solved these simple problems.

‘LAST NIGHT’s DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE YET

At 9:00 am next morning, data still not available. This happens frequently. Very irritating, especially since we are having problems with air leak. If the data were available immediately, I would know whether or not air leak is a problem & continue trying to correct it with the feedback...As long as wifi is working, don’t see why data is not available within minutes of machine use...it was available within minutes only once so far in the couple weeks in which I’ve been using myAir...& it was very useful in correcting & ensuring no air leak...then the next night, no data till next day...surely the algorithms used are continuously run as long as new data is coming in. In other respects, myAir is helpful to us.....but a real downer when data not available.

Cannot access my account through the app

As soon as I log in it ask me for my equipment information without any other option. As soon as I put my serial number and device number it gives me a green check mark. Upon saving and moving to the next step it gives me two errors. The first error is in yellow orange color and it states “your account does not have a machine serial number associated with it. Without a serial number and device number, my AIR can’t retrieve it your sleep data. The second error is in red color and it states “the machine is not supported in the country linked to your account. Check your serial number and device number, and then try again. If the problem persists, contact this app support. Ive had this problem since July 2019. It doesn’t matter how many times I’ve deleted myAir or my account, i cannot use myAir .

By

Good basic info

myAir provides you with the basics: AHI, mask leak, use time, and mask removal count. Sometimes I believe the mask removal isn’t accurate but understand that one may not remember everything that happened during the night.
myAir is missing the badges that are awarded to encourage use. They appear in banner notifications but you have to log onto the site to see them after the banner disappears. It would also be nice if myAir tracked pressure and not just in the Sleep Report on the machine.
I am into numbers so I wish there was more detailed reporting available like sum of events, mask leak and mask removal were broken out over each hour.
It would also be nice to have Apple Health app integration.
Overall, it is not bad but could be more informative for those who desired it.

By

Barely useful app

It has been hard to get at the data. For the past 18 months I gave tediously been tapping the AHI bar charts to read the numbers. I would do this every 2 -3 weeks. Now, the “data” is deleted at the start of the month, so I am now missing 2 weeks of data. The new PDF report shows an essentially unreadable bar chart.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, make the actual numbers available to those of us who are actually pro-actively monitoring our sleep. Access to an Excel-type table of the previous year’s data would be wonderfully useful. I realize that most patients won’t need that, but I would give myAir 5 stars if it did. myAir would then actually be useful. myAir ’s fixation with mask on/off, leak rates time used is less important.

I am frustrated with myAir.

By

Works reasonably well

But, ResMed should consider tweets/improvements First, prior to getting my new AirSense 10 in May, I had a Phillips device for ~7.5 years. It never told me if there were leaks, unless “major”. I rarely get
More than 3-4 pets due to “Leaks.” Additional Suggestions of how to reduce would be helpful.
this app only provides data in “home” country via WiFi. It does not work it seems in other countries at all. Something about WiFi refs, they say. What about providing the data via Bluetooth connection to app in phone or tablet. As they have it now, I won’t see any of the data until we’re back home after being away for 5 weeks.

Short on details

myAir could be useful with a few tweaks.
1: Journaling. Provide a place for notes.
2: Mark nights where setting changes improved sleep quality (Or interfered with it)
3: Mask Off and On. - This is a stupid way to score your sleep. Maybe an upset stomach has you up and down, but there is no way to tell the system.
4: Air leak, Well the system shouldn't take the air leak from when you remove the mask into the calculations. Likewise, maybe your nose has an itch, this isn't the same as having a leaky mask all night which needs to be adjusted but myAir has no way to tell the difference.(but journaling would allow for a comment at least)
5: Details. The Resmed Air 10 Autoset can track all kinds of data such as REM and apnea events. Give up the details so we know when we are most effective and can figure out what we are doing right.

myAir is minimalistic but could be so much better if it provided key details.

Here’s a Very Positive Review

I read so many negative reviews that I hesitated in wanting to get a ResMed vs. Respironics, who’s app has excellent reviews. Granted, I’ve only had my new CPAP 2 nights, but I think myAir is great! I’m a nurse and I see who the data can be useful clinical data. It shows important information such as apnic events. I would like it to add a feature where I can enter how I feel after each night usage. I like how it is Apple Watch friendly and I know when my data is available.

By

“Server not available”

myAir frequently says “the server is not available” and will then retry to load the data and will, more often than not, do it immediately. Instead of opening myAir and seeing your results, you have to wait for it to load, close out the error, and then wait for it to load again. I have the newest version and it still does this. Otherwise it is a functional app. Displays information correctly, just wish you didn’t have to wait an hour or more for it to be available.

Great app

I love myAir to track my son’s cpap. I can see how long he’s using it, taking it on/off, etc. I do wish it notified me if I forget to put water in the humidifier 🤦🏼‍♀️. But the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel there should be a notes section- like a daily diary of things you did- like if he took cold medicine or forgot to do inhalers or his airway clearance vest that day or had caffeine at night etc. It would help paint a better big picture in my opinion. But I can’t complain about myAir it really is helpful!

New Machine

Only giving one star because I won’t be using my new machine until tonight. However, after reading the reviews I wanted to comment, first. I have been using a CPAP since 2009. Received a new machine this morning. Decided to check the reviews for myAir and it’s good to know, yet very disappointing to discover, that there is no graph. I previously had the Dream Mapper app, and I diligently kept track of my sleep pattern. For me, it was essential information. At least now, I won’t be trying to search for a graph option in the menu. Any chance that the developers will at some point add a graph option to myAir ? Once I have used myAir for a few days, I’ll update my review. Thank you.

By

Good but needs improvement

In the support category, only five questions are available, so when you think you’re going to write a comment, you have to preselect a question that isn’t actually your question in order to activate the comments box. And then the comments box isn’t actually live and refers to FAQ. So that’s BS, but what I wanted to say was that a recent update changed the data views to organized by month. That’s not how sleep is experienced. And the graphs should not readjust scale across months, they should be consistently scaled for proper informational comparison.

By

It’s ok.

I like myAir . It is a good general synopsis. I do wish that I had the ability to not only log when I replace certain pieces, but to also set alarms. Memory is a problem for anyone with a sleep disorder. Replacing cushions and hoses regularly helps to minimize leakage and improve sleep quality. Right now, the best I have is to write it down, if I remember to since I replace them before bed. I do check myAir every morning though and would log the change then.

Despite having almost two months to fix the data upload to their MyAir app Resmed is still has not fixed the problem. I have been patient but their incompetence is starting to bother me. Jim

ResMed app is NOT working again and the results are 5 days behind as of now. This is the same problem they have had several times already and haven't been able to solve. ResMed is the company that knew their Air Sense 10 models wouldn't be able to record 4-5G results but continued to sell and ship machines that would need to be replaced (They won't sell you a new compatible board for your Air 10.) and when they no longer sent the info to your Doctors because of the incompatibility they made MILLIONS selling the Air Sense 11 updated model.

The app works great. I DO NOT like the change to the first screen. It use to give a quick view of your stats from the previous night. Now you just see your score. This is a significant step back!! This is an inferior design!

I have worked hard to manage sleep apnea. I use the app daily it is the 2nd day in a row my machine is not collecting data. O have tried everything and no tech support on the week end when I am at work! and can not spend time on the phone. " This is about my health care ! The message I get is not one of concern when I can't get support on the weekend and can't see my averages. Please fix what ever is wrong. I need to be able to trust the app will work. If it is down for some other reason users should be warned in advance.

2 month CPAP user with Airsense11. I love the Myair APP!! I look at my progress every day. It makes me feel great when I get 100! I would like a spot on the app to make notes about unusual readings like when I had Covid. I also have learned that it sometimes takes a few hrs to update. The incidences of Apnea are averaging 3-5 per hr but does that mean if I slept 7 hrs that I had 35 incidents? Not sure I think this is accurate.

The data shown on the myair app is different from what is shown on the resmed cpap machine consistently. The hours of usage shoen on the app are always less than actual usage shown on machine. The app is useless.

I like the app for a general overview, but I GET SO TIRED of having to login again at unexpected intervals. I haven't been told what the interval is, so it's unexpected to me.

Very disappointed in Resmed because the myAir phone app no longer works with my husbands airtouch curve10 machine. Had machine checked by respiratory and lung doctors. It’s fine. They weren’t even getting info until they took the SIM card from machine to get results. Resmed now only uses Air sense 11 machines to connect to the myAir app. So until he gets a new machine we can’t get history unless we take machine into respiratory technician. Oh sure can check machine everyday to see how many hours used but that’s it. Husband isn’t due to get new machine til Dec 2022. No short term fixes. Why are airtouch curve 10 machines still being sold?

I've used MyAir for five years now and can say, without equivocation, that it rarely reflects the number of hours and minutes of actual usage. After being turned down by Medicaid for "lack of compliance," I can receive no updates, no corrective repairs (due to the 2-year warranty) and no supplemental oxygen--which I need to have oxygen levels higher than 88 each night. I reviewed the monthly printout provided to me by my PA in Pulmonology and was flabbergasted to see that on several nights of alleged "nonuse," the amount of leakages were similar to nights in which I used my machine. This has also been the case with number of apneas and even usage hours. For instance, after a full 8 hours of sleep with the machine on, it's liable to report 3:45 or some other that makes my usage appear to be noncompliant. As far as using the noon to noon paradigm, my permanent usage hours via reports and/or downloads reflect numerous errors, errors I'm paying for with my high levels of hypoxia, I even researched the ASV and MyAir, and likely know more than the Pulmonologist's technician. I've rebooted, reprogrammed and made many settings changes to make my machine useable. However, all have failed.
