Can’t log in

I haven’t been able to log into my account for days. I’ve reached out to the website directly, and the Facebook page with no response. Today there was an ‘update’ on BioLifePlasmaServices . I deleted it and downloaded it again with the issue still happening on BioLifePlasmaServices and website. I donated for the first time last week and had an appointment this past weekend scheduled. I needed to reschedule it, couldn’t log on, opted to cancel through the text reminder and it said in response it couldn’t find my appointment. The system has been so messed up I didn’t want to take the chance payment would not work because I’ve seen complaints about payouts before. I am trying to complete the $1000 sign on bonus but they are making it literally impossible as I still can’t schedule and have continually been met with an error message with [4]. The least they could do is extend the bonus timeframe because of this ongoing issue.

Log in and Facial Recognition

I’ve been donating plasma for some time. My only frustration is scheduling plasma appointments. You have to log in using your email address and password EACH TIME you want to schedule an appointment. With the latest Biolife app update you were supposed to be able to set up facial recognition which would make it so much easier to schedule appointments. I’ve logged into the Biolife app but can’t figure out the facial recognition option in BioLifePlasmaServices . Am I missing something? Fixing this problem would make so many donors that much happier. Thank you!

This existing app for users to sign up for blood donation during such critical time is counter productive. I tried no less than 7 to 10 times to load and reload app. It closed me out. In one segment to see prior account, in another it says I’m already in the system. I had a previous married name so I went down to BioLife stood in line to talk to someone. They reset my account said it was working. Came home to get back into BioLifePlasmaServices now it says my emails not a working email in the system. I tried Bio Life. I tried calling several times no bodies to answer calls. Automated system only. My husband tried loading BioLifePlasmaServices today it closed him out when he was adding his data. Glitchy Now it wants a nick name to send revue I’m on my 4th attempt says my names taken. Lol omg

INCORRECT/INACCURATE PAYOUTS

Okay, first of all, I’m writing this on behalf of my fiancée (as I have a medical condition that disqualifies me from donating), who is currently blood-red in the face and in tears trying to solve this issue inside a BioLofe facility. Today, he was supposed to receive a $240 payout for his donation after 1-2 weeks of tiny payouts, and he has just received merely $20. During the last promo he had, there was a time that he was supposed to receive $60 but instead only got $40, and then the $20 he didn’t receive was added at his next donation. WE CANNOT DO THIS; WE HAVE BILLS, WE NEED OUR MONEY WHEN WE ARE TOLD WE WILL GET IT BECAUSE THAT’S KINDA HOW PEOPLE PLAN TO LIVE THEIR LIVES. I don’t know if this is an app issue, or a company issue, but PLEASE, for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS RIGHT IN THE WORLD (which isn’t MUCH anymore, might I add) — FIX THE ACCURACY OF YOUR PAYOUTS!

This is a scam!!!!!

They advertise all over about Donor900 promo to trick you into downloading this and signing up waste of time.

When you type that promo in it just says not available. And calling their location is zero help as the people there have no idea what’s going on. Lady literally told me she doesn’t know anything about the promotions and to go online and read to try and answer my questions.

It’s been over 6 years since I’ve been to this joke. And back then it was exactly the same. They offered a bonus for so many donations your first month, only my 3 rd of 8 visits i was paid but not credited the donation towards the bonus because the incompetent nurse kept sticking me until they were not allowed anymore because of collapsing my vein. On top of that when i asked for a different nurse After being stuck 5 times they were extremely rude to me for asking that.

The only reason i even entertained the notion of going back to this incompetent disaster was the 900 in a month which turned out to be a lie.

I hope this review helps anyone thinking of wasting time signing up like i did.

Downgrade

Why am I having to write an entire email and password ever since the “upgrade”? Where is the Touch ID function on BioLifePlasmaServices? C’mon biolife, aint nobody got time for that! and until this is fixed... its a 1 star rating from me.

UPDATE:
We’re now halfway to an app that’s user friendly. They implemented Touch ID, so finally you can open it smoothly. Next to-do... make it so when a person goes to Schedule an appointment that BioLifePlasmaServices automatically defaults to the Donation option. How many times a year are you getting a physical at biolife? ..exactly.

Horrible app

I clicked on a newcomer promotion coupon but was too busy to use any of it. So after a couple of months I went to click the next newcomer promotion coupon and it said I was no longer eligible even though I never stepped foot into a biolife. No matter what I did I couldn’t intuitively get rid on it. Annoying! One of the reasons I never got around to making an appt was because it had my location set for a certain Biolife building but I didnt want to use that one. And it would NOT let me change locations no matter what! So you could only make an appt at the Biolife you have already. Forget about changing locations online. What is this 1990? Get some decent programming!

Maddening

Negative ten stars if possible. Whoever is in charge of online accounts should be fired to never get gainful employment again! It truly is insane that a company can totally ignore their clients, no matter how many messages they send, and never, after months and months, even remotely address the issues to logging into my account. It calls into serious question just how safe they are from a medical standpoint, when with endless amounts of time they can’t solve this one small issue, nor do they EVER respond to emails. It’s abusive of employees, who are already overworked, to demand they schedule all appointments over the phone, when this issue should have been resolved long ago.

Security login

BioLifePlasmaServices is easy to use with a few items that would get it closer to a five star rating.

1. Allow for Touch ID access. This is helpful when a donor is setting their next appointment while making a donation.
2. Allow the make a donation piece to make a suggested date. I have a set pattern I use to maximize my donation appointments. However, my spouse does it sporadically and has to click multiple times to get a date available option.
3. For referrals, it would be nice to have a pre-filled form or message to send to a referral with current donation center information.

Poor functioning app

As far as a scheduling app it works fine. Where it falls short is it will not tell you if there’s anything wrong with your appointment schedule, like if you need a physical or any paperwork done. BioLifePlasmaServices will make the appointment but the physical location will not let you donate. It would be nice if BioLifePlasmaServices told you when to schedule a physical. As for bio life plasma as a whole, it is is a poorly operated business that does not care about you or your time. They get way more money for plasma than they offer to pay you, and don’t give two hoots how long you stay at their poorly run facility “donating.” BioLifePlasmaServices is just one deficiency among many.

Why?

Why on earth do I have to keep logging in manually now? They could’ve at least made it so that it would save your email so that you don’t have to type it in every single time.
What’s more, periodically, I guess BioLifePlasmaServices decides your password is no longer valid? I’ll use the same password and email for a while, then have to do a password reset to make anything work until BioLifePlasmaServices again later decides that password is no longer valid. Also, “you can’t re-use the same password” means I have to keep coming up with new passwords all the time, which is really annoying. Why is BioLifePlasmaServices so bad?

You have to sign in EVERY TIME!!

So the biggest problem with the old app was you kept having to sign out and sign back in as “current donor” every time.

When they came out with the new app I was like, ahh yes finally they fixed it. Then I discovered no they didn’t. Even worse at least the old one knew who I was and I just had to have it scan my face. Now I have to enter my email and password every time!

What was this update for? If it was to make the font so small so that people with bad eyes can’t read it you mission accomplished!

I see what they were going for a sleeker cleaner design but all you’ve done is make it look sterile and complicated like an old windows operating system written in Linux. It’s such a simple app how can you get this wrong?? Who are you paying to make this for you cause you’re paying the wrong people, and most likely paying waaaayyyy too much. Especially for the work they are doing cause they are failing terribly.

Biolife in Corona!

I am a first time donor and I was surprised by the level of service this location gave me from the first day of my donation.
At the check in I was helped by Evelia who was so helpful, warm and made it so easy for me to start the process and get settled. The nurse who helped me with my physical named Lani was also great in making me understand the medical side of it and was thorough. The level of service was beyond my expectations!

Recent updates made it work better!

Thank you for listening to feedback. The recent updates let you login with Face ID, schedule multiple appointments without app closing, and check/reschedule appointments.
My only suggestion was it there was a way to monitor wait times at the center & do the screening questions on BioLifePlasmaServices so you can pre-check-in.

Stick to the website

BioLifePlasmaServices is full of glitches and problems. I logged in, and 5 minutes later BioLifePlasmaServices logged me out for seemingly no reason. When I attempted to log back in using the exact same login info - BioLifePlasmaServices claimed “incorrect information.” When I attempted to reset my password, it immediately told me “too many requests, error.”

My buddy has also tried using BioLifePlasmaServices in the past to no avail. He never could even get past the login stage, as BioLifePlasmaServices would claim he was using incorrect information for login.
Also, even after logging in, BioLifePlasmaServices is BARE. BONES. There is hardly anything to do besides schedule an appointment, and see what appointments you have upcoming. The “promotions” tab also showed nothing, and all the supposed links on the initial screen don’t work.

Again, stick to the website. BioLifePlasmaServices isn’t worth the effort or time

No help AT ALL!!

An app and it’s updates are supposed to make things easier. This piece of crap does none of that and actually makes it harder for you to donate. The redesign took away the ability to log on with your specific fingerprint and wants you to put in your user name (which can easily be stolen) every time you need to open BioLifePlasmaServices . It doesn’t provide expiration dates for coupons, it notifies you that you have an opportunity to increase a payout, then disappears when you try to redeem the offer. For all who use this terrible app...KEEP TRACK OF YOUR MONEY, TAKE PHOTOS FOR PROOF AND DO MOT TRUST IT!!!

Poor execution

I don’t understand how such a large organization can get an app so wrong. Continuously glitchy, crashes all the time, and It will let you make appointments when you can’t actually donate. I recently had a person call me to tell me that They had to cancel my appointment the next day because for some reason BioLifePlasmaServices scheduled me for a physical when I already had my physical for the year. Why would this even be allowed? Fix the glitches. The center refused to allow me to schedule an appointment, so I am out a donation and bonus….

New App is garbage

For whatever reason, BioLife decided to update or upgrade their app. I now have the following issues: It doesn’t connect quickly, It logs me out every single time I navigate out of BioLifePlasmaServices (even for a split second), and it doesn’t allow me to schedule appointments further than a week in advance which has caused me to miss appointment days when I drive to the center only to realize that I forgot to schedule an appointment. BioLifePlasmaServices is frustrating as heck. Hopefully they will make some major bug fixes and right this ship.

The app deletes your scheduled appointments

I had an appointment scheduled and checked to confirm last night. I go to my biolife facility and my appointment has been removed. I am pretty annoyed because I just lost $120 because of this glitch. I’m glad I checked before hand instead of getting turned away at the door. Please fix this error so people don’t waste time and lose money.

The only positive I have which doesn’t make it 1 star is that they finally got the Face ID to work.

Terrible. It was recently upgraded to meet our requests. It now takes longer to schedule the next appointment. Steps have been added to this. Why can’t BioLifePlasmaServices be programmed to know when our next physical is needed?
On another note I ha e had and still have issues with notifications quickly appearing on my Home Screen hit them aren’t there to view when I open BioLifePlasmaServices . It’s glades so fast that to all I see is that it is for a new promotion.

Wish it went back to how it was. Had no issues then.

Poor Mobile App Response/Connection

Where do I begin with the problems that BioLifePlasmaServices has. I have missed out on so many donation opportunities due to this apps poor user connectivity. For example; today after work I had an appointment set for 4:20pm. I wasn’t going to be able to make it so I tried accessing it at 3:23pm and couldn’t get into it to long enough to change my appointment. It’s now 4:57pm and still haven’t been able to access it. I’ve logged out and logged back in multiple times and still won’t load any proper info. No account balance, no current donation times, and no future times either. I get the same error message 10-15 times daily when checking for appointments. “Sorry an error has occurred please try again”. You hit the retry button 10 more times before it actually registers the choice you have made and then puts you pack into a viscous cycle of improper loading and connectivity. You try to sign out and sign back in and more problems occur. It sits on the same loading screen directing you to log in after you’ve entered your password and pressed login. BioLifePlasmaServices needs help. I know it’s not my connection because it’s happened way too many times and I’ve missed way too many opportunities for this to be my connection issue. My work is roughly 13 miles away and in between those miles and minutes of waiting I’m still left without an answer or change of appointment. Please fix these reoccurring issues so I can donate in a easy, peaceful fashion.

“Something Went Wrong” messages

When BioLifePlasmaServices works, it works great. But it often does not work well. Lately especially, but since having BioLifePlasmaServices , I get something went wrong with a frowny face. I can retry but usually it doesn’t help, even when it looks like it does. In other words, it doesn’t sign me out, but it doesn't function at all. I can’t make appointments, can’t check my balance, etc. I then close out BioLifePlasmaServices , and hope that when I open it back up all the glitches will be fixed. Usually that isn’t the case. Usually it will automatically sign me out, and I have to sign back in. Half the time, it doesn’t accept my signing in and I have to wait. Usually after a couple of hours, I am signed back in and everything seems to be functioning. My issue right now is that the calendar is not working and cannot make an appointment.

Very disappointed

Someone replied to my previous review about BioLifePlasmaServices saying they haven’t had any issues like what I described. Well, it’s been 5 months and I’m still having the same issue. I have redownloaded BioLifePlasmaServices , talked to center employees, and restarted my phone. Nothing seems to fix the issue that BioLifePlasmaServices always logs me out and tells me “something went wrong”. It’s ridiculous. It sounds like more people have issues with BioLifePlasmaServices than people who like it. Maybe the developer should actually look into the issues and fix the things people say are wrong with it.

I downloaded BioLifePlasmaServices with the belief that making my appointments, checking promotions, and checking the card balance would be much easier.

I was definitely wrong. BioLifePlasmaServices always tells me “something went wrong” and asks me to log out and log back in, only to have it still not work. What a complete waste of space on my phone and time I’ve spent trying to get BioLifePlasmaServices to work. Before you start promoting an app like this and promising that it will make things easier, big issues like that need to be resolved.

Developers need to recode this app.

I just got referred from a friend the other day to start donating plasma. I walked in without using BioLifePlasmaServices because it refused to let me link my google account for near 24 hours. After finally successfully linking my account, I pretty much can’t log in to my account. It no longer recognizes my login because it tells me “unsuccessful login in attempt.” I know my google password as I can still easily log right back into my email from any computer. On top of that, after it erroring out, I have to delete BioLifePlasmaServices and reinstall it because it refuses to let me retype in my password. It attempts to auto login and puts itself into a loop. For a company trying to receive plasma donations, I’d think y’all would pay your developers a little bit more to make a successful app. I keep seeing developer responses of “its most likely your device,” but the amount of reviews I’m seeing with the exact same issue would say other wise. All three of my Apple devices fail to log in. Thanks for your time! I love the facility, just not BioLifePlasmaServices .

Great initial attempt. Look forward to improvements!

BioLifePlasmaServices seems to have everything I expected and I’m very pleased with the features and intuitiveness, especially since both scheduling and card balance information are in one interface. Nice job. The scheduling functionality needs improvement though. Many “oops something went wrong” messages, so bug fixes are necessary. But more than that, I would like to see a simple summary of all upcoming appointments (just like the ‘Upcoming Appointments’ button on the website.) Currently I can only see one upcoming appointment from the home dashboard and tapping on it doesn’t allow me to more appointments. Also, when navigating through the calendar and tapping on a day with an existing appointment, I cannot see the details for that appointment. I really liked the online color coded monthly view calendar and would appreciate a similar visual in BioLifePlasmaServices .

Good but needs a little improvement...

I actually LOVE BioLifePlasmaServices. It lets me do everything I need and the user flow is great. I only have a couple issues that drive me crazy. :)

1) the “sorry please try again” login attempts that everyone else has mentioned does happen, but it actually doesn’t bother me much. I swipe/close out of BioLifePlasmaServices and go back in then it’s fine. Obviously it would be nice if it was fixed but not my biggest issue.

2) the thing that bothers me most is that BioLifePlasmaServices crashes/go to my phones home screen every time I schedule an appointment. The appt does schedule but it doesn’t sync to my phone calendar (yes I have permissions set up and have uninstalled/reinstalled BioLifePlasmaServices , restarted my phone, etc.). So I then manually go in and add to my calendar and have to log back into BioLifePlasmaServices .

3) I wish the list of history for your balance card showed where the spending was from. At least just the store name. I’d like to track that a little better from BioLifePlasmaServices .

4) lastly, I wish it let you see a list of all the appts scheduled instead of “arrowing” through them individually.

Again, overall BioLifePlasmaServices is great for what I need it for. And point #2 is the only reason I didn’t give it 4-5 stars. The other points would be nice but not much of a factor in my rating.

Frequent error making it necessary to logout/login multiple times

This is a very frustrating app. Every time I go into BioLifePlasmaServices , I am able to look at the home screen for a few seconds before the frowny face. Tells me something went wrong, at which point I log out (because retry does NOT work) and login again. Same thing happens. I have to do this several times. And this seems to be the only way to make an appointment because calling the center never works. So there have been several days where I just skip donating because BioLifePlasmaServices is so terrible. It seems to have gotten worse in the last few months also. After reading other reviews, any from a year ago, it is clear they are not interested in fixing this issue, so it may be time to find another donation center with more reliable software.

Doesn’t live up to the potential.

The layout and potential of BioLifePlasmaServices is great but unfortunately it rarely works correctly. I can never get on the promotions page without receiving an error message and I then have to log off and back on. Lately the funds have been slow to update. I had trouble making appointments last week. I’d love to make referrals but the referral tab does not actually have a link. It just sends a text that says to donate. No way to link the referral to myself at all and no phone number or app or website for the person to know where to go to make an appointment. It’s useless. When BioLifePlasmaServices works, its fabulous, but it just doesn’t get there. EVER.

Nice App but Needs A Rescheduling Option!

I just started using BioLifePlasmaServices yesterday, and so far I like it a lot. I would appreciate being able to see a list of my upcoming appointments instead of only the next one—this option is available on the website. There also doesn’t seem to be any option for rescheduling an upcoming appointment—this option also is available on the website. As someone else previously mentioned, the error “something went wrong” appears way too much on the calendar tab—obviously some bugs are still crawling around on BioLifePlasmaServices and need to be worked out.

Won’t let me in

Every time I click on BioLifePlasmaServices it literally takes forever to even upload the usual image and the sign in features. I’m even having issues logging in which has been a tendency with BioLifePlasmaServices. I have to close BioLifePlasmaServices out several times before it will even let me in except this time around completely it is just giving me issues that’s why I am even giving a review.. If it would just have kept doing the other stuff I wouldn’t care as much but now this is just to much can’t even login in with my finger print which hasn’t been an issue until a few days ago like I said. Think it may need to be fixed either on my end or on the developers end

PLEASE ALLOW 2 DONATIONS TO BE SCHEDULED AT ONCE!

I actually really love BioLifePlasmaServices. The speed at which it updates your card balance is particularly impressive. The only drawback is that, due to the stipulation of one day in between donations, you cannot schedule two appointments per week. I personally have to donate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I have no problem selecting a Wednesday donation that fits my schedule, however this means I have to wait until I have finished my Wednesday donation to even schedule my Saturday donation. This has resulted in me being unable to donate at times due to lack of availability from the center. Allowing two donations to be scheduled at once per week with the same stipulations of one day in between would make BioLifePlasmaServices perfect.

Unhelpful. Un-useful

For an overall model relying on the “convenience” of donation, and a large portion of that aspect relying on BioLifePlasmaServices that it would run well BUT IT DOES NOT. I CANNOT log in more than half the time. (‘D guess in the neighborhood of 75%) Sometimes it doesn’t recognize me, sometimes it’s just stalled and never opens, sometimes it opens then stalls right away. It’s a problem so often I’m surprised when things work smooth. This means I cannot schedule appointments, check my balance, or do any of the work BioLife wants me to do for myself. There is no convenience here. Just wondering why I’m foolish enough to try again and again.

Sooo many errors

BioLifePlasmaServices is incredibly intuitive & the layout is so great. But I get error messages (“oops something went wrong”) CONSTANTLY & am prompted to log out & log back in. It usually happens when I am trying to access the scheduling interface, but today I can’t even log in without getting the error. Then it tells me my login info is wrong (it’s not). When i click “forgot password” it tells me there’s no account for my email address. There’s no way around it either. It is so annoying to have to fight with this dang app to be able to use it. The amount of stuff I should be able to do is irrelevant if I can’t even use BioLifePlasmaServices ! Today is particularly bad but it gives me issues every single time I use it. If everything wasn’t in BioLifePlasmaServices I wouldn’t even bother.

Current balance and promotions

Aside from the terms of service page, (Don’t forget to click the “Done”I button at the bottom left.), it does what it’s meant to do. It looks like they’ve integrated everything that you need in order to schedule your appointments, including child care. I love that BioLifePlasmaServices gives you your current balance and transaction history. The promotions tab helps you monitor your progress with every visit, on the promotion you currently elected to take. Overall, it’s well designed and easy to use. Thanks.

Used to be good

I’ve used the BioLife app for the better part of a year, it used to be great. I could quickly get in and get a donation appointment. Recently I can’t even manage to do that. At the opening screen, pressing the current donor button does nothing and I have to wait for it to automatically log me in, then when I finally log in it’s a 50/50 chance it will bug out and force me close out of BioLifePlasmaServices and reopen it. When I tried to use it today it just kept looping making me close and reopen BioLifePlasmaServices . I might get to the choose a donation time screen and it would say “something went wrong” and yet again force me to reopen BioLifePlasmaServices and try again. This makes me really not want to even try donating if my time is just wasted on a terrible app.

I'm having the same problem as well. The app is always messed up, you can't get on it or it closes you out . Or it's just sitting the buffering I've had trouble with the app from the beginning but I've especially had trouble in the last month so I miss so many times being able to donate because of the app and not being able to get through on the phone over there cuz they're busy so the app is it just crashes all the time and just not properly work so they need to try to fix the problems

This app does work well for my Android however it would be nice if the fingerprint worked or at the very least I could have the app remember my user ID email so I don't have to type it in each time I log into the app.

Can only quote or reiterate the issues/complaints I've read so far.. can't get in, locked out (former app worked like a breeze), etc. I'll just show up & tell them apps not working, let them deal w/it. 👎👎👎
