Half the buttons don’t respond to pushing them. I’ve reinstalled and restarted. Won’t recognize my membership purchase. When I search for programs, If it find it, won’t let me click on it. The little butterfly goes forever and then it freezes

How to fix Mindvalley app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mindvalley app on iPhone
Update Mindvalley app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mindvalley iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mindvalley on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mindvalley network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mindvalley Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mindvalley not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mindvalley App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mindvalley » click [Force Stop]

Update Mindvalley to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mindvalley App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mindvalley » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mindvalley.

Fix Mindvalley unable to contact server/ Mindvalley internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mindvalley » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mindvalley » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mindvalley
