Like so many have pointed out, your customer service, especially for a self-improvement company, is absolutely terrible. No direct email, or phone number for customer service when all I'm trying to do is get signed up for one of your programs, and I'm a pro member. This is the second time in a couple weeks your site won't let me access the program. I tried What's App and that just gives me a b.s. link to the help page, which doesn't of course have the issue covered. I'm about to quit the whole darn subscription. I paid $600 for this...!?

I joined MindValley all access and signed up for the first quest of Beyond Fasting. I chose to work at my own pace on my iPad….not join a class. I did Lesson 1 on Monday, no problem. For past 2 days, when I open Lesson 2 a few bars of music starts then the circle starts moving around and around and the video does not download. I can only view the brief text summary. If I open and it says Hi Mary, does this mean I am already logged in? I go to the Mindvalley login page but it doesn’t ask for email and password, just say Hi Mary. When I try to continue th class, there is a green button that says continue, do I push this? When I tap the arrow on the video, a few bars of introductory music starts then stops then it stalls. There is a list of classes below and a coloured line vertical to Lesson 2. Am I suppose to do something there. It’s very frustrating!!! Please help me. I am able to stream other videos with no problem but are able to download the lessons for Beyond Fasting. The ads for the other courses mostly work.

This company has the poorest excuse for support help. There is no button at (right hand bottom) of support page! No phone number, and the lessons crash, no matter what you do to reboot. No none will answer an email either. I have sent two. I need help getting my Eden energy program working again! There is no one to help. I'm on a fairly new desk top, there is no reason for these lessons to be crashing! I'm so frustrated for the money I have spent!

Even the free features feel like a scam.

Every bit of content on this spends two thirds of your time trying to sell itself to you by drowning you in biographies, publication or imdb histories, and suggestions that maybe they met a celebrity that you might trust the opinion of (and thus trust them for some reason?) hoping the more they pile on, the more likely you are to believe that these people who have no idea what they are talking about might actually have something to teach you or sell you. They do not. The remaining one third of the content is people reciting common sense as if it were innovative or some great discovery, mixed with bad non empirical science and out right woo woo nonsense. I guarantee that the creators of this don’t even believe in their product because it was clearly designed to give you garbage content and make you wait in vain for what you think you want, hoping you get frustrated enough to ironically to pay for access; only to be inevitably disappointed when you actually get what you thought you wanted. By then, they already have your money, so. It’s 100% a scam and I’m surprised Apple allows them to do business through their store.

Terrible app and customer service

The programs are okay but customer service, although cordial, are not helpful. I paid for an annual membership to access all the programs that I want, but the app kicked me out of a workout program on days 35 and is now forcing me to start the program over at day 1! So even when you pay $500 for an annual membership, you don’t really get to access the programs when you want. The only ‘solution’ customer service has offered so far is telling me to update the app, which I’ve done twice but it hasn’t fixed the issue with me getting access to day 36 of the workout program. And the app hangs up constantly whenever I try to open or move within a program. You get screens with gray pulsating boxes that seem to get hung up for a long time before you can get to the next screen. And any time you try to move around within the program, it does this over and over, so you lose a lot of time and you lose your momentum in the program/course. So I have a membership that I can only partially use and they don’t give refunds. If they don’t fix the issues, I”ll have to go through my credit card company to reverse the charges.

Unparalleled Content, Terrible App

I don’t even know what to say about this app—sometimes it works, sometimes it just doesn’t. Content I purchased a long time ago will occasionally disappear, and when I reboot the app it shows up again. When I open a course chapter and then try to go back to the main course content, I get a notification saying the content isn’t available or something, and I’ll have to go all the way back to the course selection screen to access my materials again. And it keeps giving me this ANNOYING pop-up asking me to rate the app, and when I tap two stars, it asks me to contact them—and then says my email client isn’t configured (even though it IS), and asks me to rate the app again two minutes later. I hope now that I’ve written a review here it’ll stop asking me to rate it. In summary, the app is designed fairly well (although the distinction between classic courses, premium courses, and Quests is unnecessary and cumbersome). But it doesn’t work well.
