I cannot view my favorite workouts any longer, always gives me an error message. Also can't put me videos in full screen without the video pausing. I know these issues have been reported and I'd just like someone to get them fixed. It's been a while not being able to view favorites. The full screen issue started 2 days ago and I am not watching my trainer that way so hopefully you get it fixed soon!
My app won’t open
App is continuing to crash been on and (mostly) off for 3 weeks now. The app is hardly usable at this point and that’s really disappointing because it’s my favorite application by far. All updates installed on phone and app. Frustrating.
The app will not open and continues to crash. It’s Ben going on for 2 days now.

App keeps closing when I try to open it. I just paid for the subscription 2 weeks ago.
The app shows I have connection problems and that I should try connecting again, but all my other apps are working fine.
