Horrible Sizing and Return

This site is pretty bad. The quality is very cheap and I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Some of the shirts are not breathable at all and just made of bad synthetic materials that look like cheap costume material. Also shipping takes forever. It will tell you the number of days it takes to ship. However, that number is only dependent on AFTER they dispatch the product from the warehouse. One of my orders was placed over a week ago and it still hasn’t left. So I still need to wait 10-15 days, (considered “priority air mail”) that I had to pay for, after it is eventually sent whenever that may be. The small shirts I ordered fit like a medium or large. They are huge. You should definitely only order if you’re into the oversized look. Aside from that, the return policy might as well be nonexistent. I called to return 2 shirts in separate orders. The customer service rep said that I would have to pay for shipping and it would likely be more than the shirts, since I would have to pay for international shipping to China. He also said I would have to pay for shipping for each item in separate packages and I could not ship them in one package. Therefore resulting in even higher shipping fees. He could not offer an amount that I would have to pay for shipping and said I would have to figure it out myself at a post office.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!!!

None of my clothes fit or were they good quality. After paying 150$ and trying to making a return no one is giving me a return label they are just trying to switch out the clothes which is fine but I’m wanting to return the whole thing and they aren’t letting me when the return policy clearly states within the 30 days. DONT SHOP WITH THIS APP! UPDATE: I was just emailed after speaking with a representative for a very long time about getting a refund and return label and the email was and I quote “ How about we offer 40% refund of item's price and you keep the item?” Which is super unprofessional and insulting. I would love to just simply return my items. AGIAN DO NOT SHOP!!! ANOTHER UPDATE IM STILL BATTLING THIS! I just got a return label and it says that I’m only returning 4 shirts getting a total of 74$ back when I spend 150$!!!!! This app is the worst app I’ve ever shopped on save yourself the heart ache and the STOLEN money

Don’t use this app

It seems to be a common theme with the company and app, so I thought I would add to the fire I ordered several items from the app, totaling to over 200 dollars, and when I placed the order, the money was taken from my account. I received an confirmation email, so I thought everything was taken care of. When I checked the app the next day, it said I hadn’t successfully finished the payment, But the money had already been taken from my account. I waited a few days to let the refund process take place, but nothing happened. Today, I have tried calling the customer service number that’s on the app, and I have got straight to voice mail 3 times. I hope they figure out a new way for their customer service, because this isn’t how you satisfy your customers.
