How to fix ParkByApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ParkByApp app on iPhone
Update ParkByApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ParkByApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ParkByApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ParkByApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ParkByApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ParkByApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ParkByApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » ParkByApp » click [Force Stop]

Update ParkByApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ParkByApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ParkByApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ParkByApp.

Fix ParkByApp unable to contact server/ ParkByApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ParkByApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ParkByApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ParkByApp
