Why are there over 500 ratings of SouthWesternRailway and on 3 written reviews currently showing in SouthWesternRailway Store? How many written comments are being removed? I use SouthWesternRailway and it has improved in the last few months. It’s still very frustrating that SouthWesternRailway will not function if it thinks you’re outside the UK (even when I’m in London!!), but the website can handle users that are connecting from outside the UK?
You can fill in some specifics such as number of adults, but when I try to enter the departure point, I get a technical error. I assume from other reviews that SouthWesternRailway doesn’t work outside the UK.
Cannot login due to “technical issue”. Been trying for 4 days. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. So completely unusable for me.

Apps functions are blocked and useless when your physically outside of the UK
“Our app works best in the UK” = SouthWesternRailway does not work anywhere except in the UK. Fail.
Website is a total nightmare, so not a good backup. I’ll look for other apps to buy train tickets. It’s not supposed to be as hard as this.
No charge for buying tickets, but they take so long to appear in SouthWesternRailway . At least an email with a pdf version arrives fairly promptly so it can be scanned. And why can’t I add my tickets to my Apple Wallet?
