Why are there over 500 ratings of this app and on 3 written reviews currently showing in the App Store? How many written comments are being removed? I use this app and it has improved in the last few months. It’s still very frustrating that the app will not function if it thinks you’re outside the UK (even when I’m in London!!), but the website can handle users that are connecting from outside the UK?
Doesn’t work in US

You can fill in some specifics such as number of adults, but when I try to enter the departure point, I get a technical error. I assume from other reviews that the app doesn’t work outside the UK.
Unusable

Cannot login due to “technical issue”. Been trying for 4 days. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. So completely unusable for me.
