It’s absolutely frustrating when you go to open AsurionPhotos where all your memories are, and AsurionPhotos not only freezes but it doesn’t upload as fast as it advertises and if you try to force close it and then re-open it it’ll just continue to freeze and even crash!I’ve tried resetting my network settings And power cycling my phone turning airplane mode on and off and it does absolutely nothing please fix AsurionPhotos before I go elsewhere and actually pay the money for something halfway decent!

VERY DISAPPOINTING I downloaded AsurionPhotos it freezes up and I can’t do a thing. I went to the webpage and tried same issue. It’s ridiculous I have pics of my son I lost on this site from Sprint I never thought I’d get them I was thrilled when they let me know they could be transferred to this company and I could retrieve them it breaks my heart I still can’t get to them and here you have a railing of 4.7? How is that possible I can’t be the only one experiencing this? I’m uninstalling AsurionPhotos not going to waste space with it. Very very disappointing.

AsurionPhotos is horrible. It takes like 10 times sometimes to try to even open AsurionPhotos . I stay trying to open AsurionPhotos without it exiting to the home screen. & AsurionPhotos always freezes. I can’t even go into my albums anymore because anytime I try it freezes and exits out. AsurionPhotos is horrible. There’s no way to contact support so I haven’t been able to resolve this issue. AsurionPhotos freezes and you can’t even open it. I don’t recommend at all. When I first got AsurionPhotos it was amazing but now it is just trash.

This was the replacement for Sprint Complete. I’m grateful they offered something in its place when they discontinued it. However, it does not back up the photos effectively. It has been trying to backup the same 4 photos for 5 days now. The Sprint Complete app was so fast it happened almost instantly. This one, not so much. Hopefully it gets better. For now I’ll keep trying and continue to use Google Photos until this starts to work.

AsurionPhotos has deleted thousands of my memories, videos and pictures with my kid and of rare occasions in life. Do not trust AsurionPhotos with your memories. It always freezes, and the contact support button does not even work. There are numerous accounts of peoples media being deleted and AsurionPhotos creator has done nothing about it but rename AsurionPhotos . PLEASE FIX THIS NOW AND GET ALL OF US BACK OUR CONTENT! THANK YOU AND GOOD DAY

I lost almost all but three of my videos! After all of my photos and videos showed up in AsurionPhotos , I went back to my photos and deleted all of my videos. When I reopened AsurionPhotos , all but three of the videos were gone! I’m so sad because they were videos of my kids that I can’t get back.

Not letting me optimize my photos!!!! I’m losing space in my iPhone because I can’t go in and delete and optimize. And now whenever I open AsurionPhotos it just crashes and when I click the optimize tab app crashes. This is supposed to help me save space on my phone.

What if I deleted something by accident, which I did. Also, what’s with the developer website? I tried going and it doesn’t work. It has everything I am looking for though; however, it has to have access to my photos and I can’t select and choose which ones I want in AsurionPhotos without manually deleting them from AsurionPhotos .

AsurionPhotos needs improvement they’re is still photos it hasn’t been backed up but it’s not picking them up so sad sometimes it Freezes and exits out of it and has glitches

I get unlimited storage through T-Mobile which is awesome. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because some of my photos are black when I select them. I can see the photo in my list view, it's just that when I select a photo it's black instead of showing the photo. Hopefully this is fixable and then I can give it the 5 stars it deserves.

AsurionPhotos is a MUST for anyone with an iPhone and doesn’t back up or buy storage from iCloud. I’ve been able to save all my pics and videos successfully and I don’t have to worry about loosing all my pics if something were yo happen to my phone, completely recommend it!!! The only bad thing is that it takes forever to load the pics and videos

Can’t ever open AsurionPhotos without it freezing on the “Asurion Photos” screen or scrolling in AsurionPhotos without major freezes and lags. Otherwise it still does the job. Been using it for 2 years now - no disappointments.

So far a-okay! I transferred over photos from a previous carrier & everything seems intact!

This is funny I totally thought Memories had just up and disappeared from my phone, although it made me wonder when I got AsurionPhotos since its name change. I wondered what that app was and when I got it truly amazing play (ಥ﹏ಥ). Anyways AsurionPhotos is amazing and easy to navigate through so keep up the good work.

Besides storage, AsurionPhotos provides some valuable, intuitive ways to keep your gallery cleaned up.

Love AsurionPhotos. Never have to worry about losing pictures or videos when changing phones. They are always there when you download AsurionPhotos again.

Thank you for letting me know that you’re going to be taking the other app away and putting the photos on this one this helped a lot reminding me to upgrade my storage including photos

I was so relieved to see how well all my photos and videos transferred over from another app (sprint complete storage)

Every single item was in my account, it was super easy to get started and the text reminders are amazing!

AsurionPhotos so far is everything I’ve been looking for. Only one thing is missing though - being able to change the date of when the picture was actually taken. I would recommend AsurionPhotos to anyone who takes an abundance of photos!

To all the people who wants to save money AsurionPhotos is for you my family likes to go on fun outings and I know that I would take photos and on my phone it reads storage full I hate that so I found AsurionPhotos it is very helpful I recommend this to people that likes all their photos but hate full storage and buying more...

Please, DO NOT GET AsurionPhotos. Do not ignore this review. If you are looking for a photo storage app, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE. I lost 900 photos to a HUGE gray strip that covered a quarter of even half of each photo. Most of your photos will save with a gray strip covering most of the photo up. If you want full res backup, Google Photos can upload full res videos and photos for 1.99 a month. That is what I’m doing.

I never had a problem with playing my videos or saving my videos when it was called “memories” but that you guys changed the names and updates something it takes like 3 hours to save ONE video and it won’t even let me watch the videos anymore it just keeps loading and I can’t get them to my camera roll because it won’t save the videos!

Once your photos are on there, getting them back in your phone is impossible. So basically they hold your photos hostage for $30. a month.

I had Asurion for many years. Lately they changed from free to a pay subscription. They deleted all my photos, so my memories were lost. Do not recommend. Customer service kept on arguing instead of accepting they made a mistake.
