App doesn’t open. Shows numbers
My photos are all backed up now, and I’m trying to save some storage in my phone by using the optimize feature, but it won’t load, it just stays telling me what that feature does and never shows which photos I can safely erase from my phone it’s been like that for a month now, I have the asurion plan, I’ve contacted asurion, all they said was to try to connect to better wifi or to offload and download the app again.
I have 54 picture that have been trying to back up since June 10 with no luck. I have tried connected to wiifii and cellular.

It says it's not connected to the internet so it wont download photos. My android phone is connected
I'm having a problem with the Asurion photos app. I can't scroll down the screen because it keeps freezing and will not respond. There is a bug or bugs causing this problem. Please fix or I may uninstall.
Using the app for the first time but the first back up won’t finish. It is stuck.

When accessing the app, it is slow to load and then I get kicked off going back to my phone’s Home Screen. Is this a known issue that is being worked on??
Since yesterday every time I open the app it freezes when trying to make selections and returns me to Home Screen. Have a lifetime of photos stored in this app. Please let me know there is a viable solution to get the the app working without losing data.
Trying to open the Asurion app on my iPhone with Face ID & also my phone password as I’ve alway been able to do until yesterday it started taking me back to my home page. And this is the only app on my phone that is doing this. Can someone please tell me what I can do to get it working again without loosing any of my stuff that I have stored in the App.
Crash before backup complete. Simply not working.
WHEN I CLICK DELETE NOW TO BACK UP MY PHOTOS IT NOT REMOVING FROM MY DEVICE TO THE APP
