Hi I’m signed on my cell phone but it won’t let me sign in on my iPad it keeps asking for the code that gets sent to my email but that never arrived to my email I have tried a lot of times if there’s a way to remove that code requirement or send the code to my cellphone

I cannot log into my account for my photos
I having a problem with my photos, I wanted to save my photos, I went to put it in my photos album, that was text to me. And it did not transfer to my Photos Album.And now I have the same problem. I have e-Mail you on 12-12-21 & 1-4-22 About this problem and have not got a response or a reply about my problem.
Freezes up you can’t do a thing with it.

VERY DISAPPOINTING I downloaded the app it freezes up and I can’t do a thing. I went to the webpage and tried same issue. It’s ridiculous I have pics of my son I lost on this site from Sprint I never thought I’d get them I was thrilled when they let me know they could be transferred to this company and I could retrieve them it breaks my heart I still can’t get to them and here you have a railing of 4.7? How is that possible I can’t be the only one experiencing this? I’m uninstalling the app not going to waste space with it. Very very disappointing.

It’s absolutely frustrating when you go to open the app where all your memories are, and the app not only freezes but it doesn’t upload as fast as it advertises and if you try to force close it and then re-open it it’ll just continue to freeze and even crash!I’ve tried resetting my network settings And power cycling my phone turning airplane mode on and off and it does absolutely nothing please fix this app before I go elsewhere and actually pay the money for something halfway decent!

This app is horrible. It takes like 10 times sometimes to try to even open the app. I stay trying to open the app without it exiting to the home screen. & the app always freezes. I can’t even go into my albums anymore because anytime I try it freezes and exits out. This app is horrible. There’s no way to contact support so I haven’t been able to resolve this issue. This app freezes and you can’t even open it. I don’t recommend at all. When I first got the app it was amazing but now it is just trash.
