Tata CLiQ Online Shopping App Reviews

The only reason I preferred ‘Tata CLiQ’ because it has ‘TATA’ in it. However my experience has been real bad. From products, variety, website lacks basic features, app downtime etc etc. The worst part is customer service. Customer support is happy to loose a customer for good even if the product has not been listed properly and description is misleading. When I initiated a return all I received was lot of calls and to tell that we will not take product back. This doesn’t live up to the expectations especially when this is a TATA brand. Please assess your competition and see what you missing. Good luck!

I have placed an order on 14 August 2021 and the customer care is so pathetic they are just giving the tentative information for the delivery date of my order. Today is 17 August 2021 I have made kore than 10 calls to know the arrival date of my order TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp customer care are just giving the excuses instead of telling the correct information about the delivery date. Don’t buy anything from TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp. Poor customer care will hangup your call on your face. I have placed my order of refrigerator I think TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp is a scam. They denied to refund money and no information about the delivery of the product.

So far very good purchase experience with electronics and home appliances. Price wise I found this is best place.

Only one challenges I faced return products (too much painful process). Some sellers are not sending quality products

They need to work on sellers and display only qualified sellers in list.

With iOS 14, there’s a notification when the clipboard is read by an app. This Tata Cliq app reads the clipboard on launch without the user invoking a “paste” action. This is a big privacy issue. How can one know what it’s doing with the information on your clipboard?!

Additionally, there are no products details shown when visiting a product page. There are offers to buy other products with it though. TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp hasn’t had any real testing done on iPhones.

I respect the contribution to our country in such a pandemic. I will always try to use a TATA Product. Be Indian Buy Indian.

I have exactly same experience with refund. Worst customer care experience. It is shame to trust this website associated with brand Tata. TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp is good for ordering product’s. But if you have an issue no one responds. I have been calling the customer service and escalated multiple times with supervisors. There is no hope for refund.
Be aware while ordering from this site. Westside should not collaborate with TataCLiQ. Horrible experience.

Very horrible experience with customer care team. Each person in customer care have different opinion, which misguide the customer, and doesn’t help the customer anyway. They misguide the customer and doesn’t try to provide any help, but keep giving contradicting statements. Not expected of Tata brand. Totally frustrated with executives who don’t talk sense.

Because of some bug in TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp , I’m unable to checkout. The items in my cart aren’t visible. And TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp keeps throwing a server side error. Can’t imagine how much $$$ Tata is losing out because of this. And to think that they haven’t done anything about it!
Why would a user use TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp if they cannot buy stuff?? Deleting TataCLiQOnlineShoppingApp .

Ordering goods from this website will not guarantee that you will get the same. They will even cancel the order after many days. Worst experience. I order and paid for a TV after 3 days order get cancelled as out of stock

Delivery is a nightmare..they don’t provide exact delivery date as soon as order is placed and their tie up with fedex delays the delivery further. App doesn’t give me reason for the delay and I had to follow up with fedex and still waiting for my order.

Worst App. When you order a product their is no exact delivery date. Customer support give you expect delivery date. All other online shopping app provide details of your product delivery. Very poor app. Need to upgrade.

TATA CLiQ is the only Vendors in India to cater to good quality clothing and u under garments for Plus Sizes in India.

App is showing error whenever opened...

Product was not delivered and I was asked to cancel order by customer service executive.
Only reason to order from Tata CLiQ was to promote Tata enterprise, but now I would never order from here and also ask friends and family to not order from here at all.

Worst Experience and lot of call but no product delivery.

The worst online shopping app that I have seen. All the sold out products are kept online. Some are kept online so that they can fraud us. I bought 2 products, listed as available and paid for it with a debit card. After two days you cancel my order saying it is out of stock, but the money still has not been returned to me. Very very pathetic site which for a Tata brand stinks!!

This is a pretty cool app lets u take around max tata products....i love it

Definitely a go friendly app with affordable prices and lots of stuff to check and purchase as well !!
