Contact Tata CLiQ Online Shopping App Support

The only reason I preferred ‘Tata CLiQ’ because it has ‘TATA’ in it. However my experience has been real bad. From products, variety, website lacks basic features, app downtime etc etc. The worst part is customer service. Customer support is happy to loose a customer for good even if the product has not been listed properly and description is misleading. When I initiated a return all I received was lot of calls and to tell that we will not take product back. This doesn’t live up to the expectations especially when this is a TATA brand. Please assess your competition and see what you missing. Good luck!

I have placed an order on 14 August 2021 and the customer care is so pathetic they are just giving the tentative information for the delivery date of my order. Today is 17 August 2021 I have made kore than 10 calls to know the arrival date of my order this app customer care are just giving the excuses instead of telling the correct information about the delivery date. Don’t buy anything from this app. Poor customer care will hangup your call on your face. I have placed my order of refrigerator I think this app is a scam. They denied to refund money and no information about the delivery of the product.

With iOS 14, there’s a notification when the clipboard is read by an app. This Tata Cliq app reads the clipboard on launch without the user invoking a “paste” action. This is a big privacy issue. How can one know what it’s doing with the information on your clipboard?! Additionally, there are no products details shown when visiting a product page. There are offers to buy other products with it though. This app hasn’t had any real testing done on iPhones.
