DEGIRO - Online Trading App Reviews

I try to open an account, I’m not going to get into how difficult, annoying and strange it is to open an account. I sent my documents and they told me to wait for confirmation that all documents checked out, so I closed DEGIRO . Two days later they confirmed my documents but when I go to login, the screen shows a loading page that loads forever. So I look for customer support, they have an email option, can’t find a direct chat support. I email asking for help to finish setting up account, but because I don’t have an account, my email is not in the system so they don’t even accept my message asking for help. Can’t understand who is in charge of all this but no way do I trust DEGIRO with my money, and neither should you.

Going through the account creation process has raised doubts as to the validity of this company. DEGIRO seems poorly done for a respectable company.

- Users must deposit money in order to simply see DEGIRO and platform. This is very shady.

- Missing language support (a request from users for years). This is not a difficult task, so it concerns me that this financial institution cant/wont introduce it.

- Acct creation is slow, screens take a long time to load.

- Registration process is unclear with the same questions being asked in different ways again and again and again.

- Pressing exit during account creation causes error screen to appear

My and my friends decided to move our positions to a different broker at some point. The process had taken 4 months and is still not done despite there being no complications. They stopped responding to my emails and even restricted my trading without even contacting the other broker to arrange for a settlement of the position transfer. I’m really worried that I’ll never see the money again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good app, but I have problems lately. I don’t see the daily profit/losses on ETF’s I have. Single stocks work, but ETF’s do not.

The overall is ok, but unfortunately I’m not able to customize my preferred index to follow and a lot stocks aren’t available to follow, specially American and Canadian stocks!
Can I ask you for a specific one?
I understand I have a Portuguese account but I don’t want to follow the Portuguese index!! Thank you but no!!!
I would love to be able to set it up the way and focus on the markets I believe are relevante for me!
And because of that I going to give you a 2 stars review!! I understand you are charging the best fees in town, but c’mon!! Let us choice what we want to buy!!

Strange that there is no option for preferred language. If I reside in Poland it is automatically assumed my preferred language is polish and there is no option to change it to english. I see there are complaints about this from two years ago and still no efforts to fix this?! Come on you can do better

I very often experience startup issues. After I login DEGIRO stays blank and nothing happens. After I restart DEGIRO a couple of times I can login again. Very inconvenient.

Quite Good broker for usd eur bonds and mainly stocks, some etfs. but there is basicly no research platform charts and statistics at all, it seems they are working on developing it, but it is a nightmare, even titles of etfs are crazily shortened, nonsense and poorly available

I saw the update version and thought you guys must make English available this time. But it’s not the case. Like the platform very much! But can you make English available please?

Everything is easy and clear. Very simple use.

I love this trading platform. Although I am living in Portugal, but I cannot speak Portuguese. I don’t understand why there are a lot of requests for English option, but developers never do it.

Wish it would use the Fingerprint for login. Simple but good!

It takes 30s + showing the graph.

Not easy to find money and not able to log in via app. Web works fine and app does not.

Werkt overzichtelijk en snel. Logisch opgebouwd en makkelijk te gebruiken.

I need the english version. DEGIRO does not let me change the language

Very few basic chart analysis tools available and fundamental ratios and Financials available.

Its a shame as those are available for free on basic websites like yahoo.

The trading itself is efficient. However from a portfolio management POV soooo limited and so far behind the competition. I have to use another app to keep a good eye on it.

They take your money and play with it.

No English????!!!! Why can’t you switch your language to English if your using the Netherlands account? Makes no sense...

Always get the error: Your username and/or password is incorrect. My credentiels work fine on the web app. Please fix!
