They attempted to charge me twice. Then said the authorization charge would be back after 3 days (it was never refunded). Emailing support my account got completely canceled which i did not ask for i was only asking what the additional charge was for. Then 5 days later they are saying they never charged me even though i sent screenshots of the charge from them on my bank and the charge from my this app account because i had a screenshot before they canceled it showing the auth number on there end. They still denied it so im now having to go through my bank to get my funds back. They are ignorant and disrespectful.

No follow-up from help desk. Strongly considering another Product! The iPhone app is not routing calls, etc... through CloudPhone . But, when I go into the website and access my account, I can see everything under the "Activity" tab. No Problem! Please help because I'm missing important calls, messages, etc....via CloudPhone .

I been with this app for two years and they still haven’t fixed there caller id. When we miss calls it never shows us who called so we never can give them a call back. In 2020 when I first started using the service it worked for maybe a week after that it stoped. It is now August 2022 and if someone calls me the only numbers that pop up in CloudPhone are people that called us in 2020. I would suggest this company unless this is fixed.

I have been paying for 1-800 line for years and using CloudPhone only in the last 8-12 mos has their service taken a nosedive.
-No capability to send or receive SMS images. None at all.
-Unable to complete outgoing calls whether using WiFi or data ~75% of the time
-Incoming calls go straight to voicemail at random when DND is set to off so calls should be coming thru
-Incoming texts (from numbers in my contacts and from new numbers) also not being received (at this point it’s ~60% of texts). After cross checking client’s outgoing calls and texts.
-Sometimes I receive a new message notification, I see the banner preview and the badge on CloudPhone icon but there will be no new messages in the conversations area.
This is all absolutely infuriating and undoubtedly contributed to the decline in my new customer conversion. I’ve been debating discontinuing my service for months to find something better and I think this is the time to do just that. I just need to figure out how to port my number. To a different service
2/10 do not recommend. Fix it.

The this app system is easy to use on mobile phones, but there is an issue that needs to be addressed. If you are using the Mobile app and need to read a message while you are on an active call there is no way to get to the messages screen unless you hang up the call.

The incoming call simply doesn't connect thru to me when I answer, so I often need to use the caller ID to call the person right back.

So on CloudPhone I can see all the calls I’ve made but I can’t see all the calls that I have received. This is soooo annoying, especially since I’ve missed out on so many potential new clients. Please fix this issue.

I liked the previous app version they had before they changed to this.

It takes so long for the information to update. Such as when I get a text message or missed call, it doesn’t show up in the for a long time or I have to force close it and restart just for it to update.

When I try to make a call, nothing happens. I put the number in and press the call button but nothing happens.

I’ve had this for several months and nothing has gotten better which is frustrating. Hopefully someone fixes it because I use this for my business.

I’ve had problems with call quality and CloudPhone has just been okay, not great. With iOS14 CloudPhone is glitchy. It is locking up when I do not answer a phone call. Customer service was nice though when I recently logged a complaint.

Been using this system for a few weeks. Very nice system.

Does exactly what I would want: clear calls that I can take wherever I have WiFi or phone service, which means I can work from anywhere; texting to customers; fair pricing. Helps my small business to grow.

I’ve been using this app for a long time to manage my Airbnb property. They do updates often and it has been working well. It is also handy to make calls when traveling.

This service absolutely ROCKS! Highly suggested if you’re on the move. I now have the ability to separate my business and personal calls with a simple app one phone at a reasonable monthly subscription fee. The negative and one star ratings are the past and I’m sure there were issues at first, but with each update there are always improvements and bug fixes.

this app gives you the capabilities of a big company PBX for less than what you spend at Starbucks every month. Have as many numbers and extensions as you need. Get and send text messages on your business phone number. It really is the future of business phone systems.

It has helped my business immensely to be able to send an automated text message so clients can schedule a visit online.

Great app and service. CP allows me to always be connected with our clients and has a bunch of different useful services to meet all of our needs!

this app is Phenomenal! It allowed me to not only cut back on one of my iPhones (the iPhone X), but I was able to use my iPhone 8+ RED and download CloudPhone with the Best Plan of $65 Monthly, and have more than 10 #’s at my call anytime to utilize.

And seeing that I have multiple Businesses as an Entrepreneur/ Assets Investor and Educator, it works out perfectly for me! 👌🏽

With Cloud Phone i was able to avoid purchasing extra hardware; i just downloaded CloudPhone and now my customers reach me on my cellphone, keeping my personal stuff separate from business. All this having a full featured phone system in the palm of my hand. When i hired two employees; they installed this app and we made them work as two extensions for our office ph number.

Very little investment for all the rewards you get.

Smooth app design, better audio quality than GVoice and Grasshopper.
