I’ve used this app for about 4 years now and it was legit for the transactions I had in the past. I eventually began using StockX more because they have a higher chance of having the shoes I want, despite the high prices. Because of StockX’s high prices, I went back to this app to find a better deal & was scammed out of my money. I purchased a pair of AJ1s and the reseller’s order under my account denied me access to the order details and tracking information. I reached out to the reseller, who refused to give me the tracking information directly & I reached out to this app’s customer service & never heard back from them. I no longer trust this app nor believe them to be a legitimate platform to buy and resell sneakers. this app says they offer customer protection, but in reality they don’t. It’s not like StockX where they authenticate the products before delivering them to you. this app has zero protection for their buyers against fraudulent resellers. If you’re looking for a safe way to enjoy your hunt for DS shoes, don’t use this app. StockX may be high, but you get what you pay for. Quality over quantity.

If I could give this negative reviews I would!!! Awful site with fraudulent sellers!!! Don’t be scammed!!! The website says they back everything 100%, authentic and 100% buyer protection!! They won’t respond to all of my communications. And really, the fine print says it’s backed by Paypal, NOT them. Nevertheless, I’m left empty-handed out of several hundreds of dollars and NO Christmas (the only one) gift for my kid!!! Please be aware!!! And because they haven’t given me my money back, I can’t purchase from someone else, leaving my kid without a Christmas gift.

I couldn’t find anywhere to write a review about the service of this app, so I guess I’m doing it on here. I’m sure KIXIFY is great, but thats not what this is about. I was looking for specific shoes, very hard to find, and I just so happened to find them on this app. Reasonable price, and the size I wanted was in stock. Or so it said. Ordered and paid for the shoes, and got a confirmation email that day. 4 days later, I got another email saying that the size of the shoes I ordered were not in stock. How did I order the shoes in the first place then? Why was that size an option to buy if they weren’t in stock? I did get a refund and got my money back about 3 days later. But it was just a big bummer, and I don’t understand the logic behind it. Won’t be purchasing anything from them again.

Spent $499 on a pair for sneakers through this app. 9 Months later, I tried selling them on GOAT and was told they weren't authentic. I reached out to this app and they were no help. They kept referring me to Paypal for a refund. Since Paypal only covers up to 180 days, I'm out of luck. BEWARE- the site claims guarantee from Paypal, this is basically Paypal's universal coverage, whether you buy through Ebay or other sites. This company DOES NOT back their products. If anything goes wrong, you will need to go through Paypal for any recourse. If you absolutely need to use their site for a purchase, I highly recommend getting a 3rd party to authenticate the sneakers upon receipt. Remember, just because your buying through this app, it doesn't mean the product has been authenticated by the company. They simply facilitates the transaction, takes the fee and runs with it.

When I first got in KIXIFY it was personal buyers n sellers a real community now u show preference to either ppl who pay u guys or stores who KIXIFY shows favor to and it’s impossible to connect with actual person buyers and sellers I sell shoes from time to time but they will sit on the site without even 1 look or want Bc of your premier sellers or select sellers if u wanna call then that KIXIFY just like many others start this off the back of regular sneaker heads then push them to the side so payed partners or stores can market thier product. Now I’d rather go to a sneaker convention where at least I’ll get a fair look at my products I have for sale n won’t get over looked by the stores who just floods your site and allow buyers to view my product as well

And that’s to swipe left. There’s a plus and minus but pressing the minus will bring up a loading spinner but won’t do anything. And nowhere does it say to swipe left.

Also, ordered some shoes almost a week ago and besides the order confirmation email haven’t gotten anything else. No tracking. App doesn’t tell me what I should expect in terms of time lines like other apps.

This company is running a scam. They have fake shoes for sale. I had to wait over a month to receive the shoes only to discover they were fake. Keep in mind they were advertised as 100% authentic with authentic photographs displayed. Once I paid I received no further communication with seller. I had to file a PayPal dispute and then they shipped the fake shoes. Then I had to open another dispute as the shoes were fake. Now I have to wait another week to get my $1800 back they took. I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to warn others so they don’t get scammed. this app and Kix_Spot are scam artists and refuse to let you leave negative feedback on their site. So the scam artist can stay 100% feedback. Never use KIXIFY or company. -hard working victim

This platform is disorganized and has sellers advertising shoes that they do not have. In short I was looking for a very common shoe and found it on this app (at least I thought I did). So I happily placed the order and was super excited because it seemed so easy. About a week later when I was expecting to get my shoes, I didn’t get my shoes, instead I got a message from the seller saying that the shoes that I bought and paid for wasn’t in stock and they couldn’t get the pair. That’s not a problem if they hadn’t advertised the shoe as in stock and if I hadn’t already paid for the pair a week prior to getting this message from the seller. STOP ADVERTISING SHOES YOU DO NOT HAVE! #smokeandmirrors #baitandswitch

KIXIFY is terrible. They don’t screen their sellers so you never know if the product you’re receiving is real or fake. That aside their customer support is probably one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

I was scammed by one of their sellers. He sold me a product, I paid via PayPal and then he messaged me to let me know he no longer had the product. I asked him to cancel the order and he refused.

I reached out to this app support multiple times over the course of about 2 weeks with a screenshot of the conversation with the seller and I’m yet to receive a response. The reward here does not outweigh the risks. There are better apps/means to purchasing. I would avoid this app entirely.

KIXIFY doesn't let me even log in. I opened a store via my desktop and when I downloaded KIXIFY It immediately states "you are not allowed to use KIXIFY". Furthermore the Facebook link is not active on the website version. So I wrote to customer support and the only response I have received thus far is a survey asking me if I was satisfied with their customer support!

I have many shoes I want to switch from eBay to another platform but this app has no phone number and have not responded to a support email in over 36 hours.

I tried this website for the first time they said everything was guaranteed I had ordered a special birthday present but when I asked for support or help no one was able to help and now the person‘s birthday is ruined. no product was received my money has been taken it’s going to take over two weeks to get a refund if I even get a refundBut if they guarantee the product they should be able to replace it

Hello. I just downloaded the this app app for iOS. KIXIFY has an option to use your Twitter account (credentials) to create an account on this app.

this app asks for “read, manage, and delete” access to Twitter Direct Messages as a precondition to creating an account. That is WAY too intrusive, and I have never seen an app keep this setting after being called out on it. Do not create an account using your Twitter credentials if this setting is in place.

Showing the release dates of the shoes would be helpful and also when they were released. I like KIXIFY a lot but missing some small key features and information that would help a consumer make a choice and show releases and dates of when they were released can impact a consumers purchase. Also adding an APO military shipping address would be very helpful as well.

Really quality app, I've successfully sold many pairs of different shoes and gotten the cash in hand, everything is 100% legit, uploading, buying, and selling are very quick and easy. Good prices and everything is cheeper here then any private shoe stores.

I tried to create a listing on KIXIFY and it kept telling me please select category and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what wasn’t selected. So I go to website directly on my browser and that’s when I saw that there were a lot of items that needed to be filled out that wasn’t on KIXIFY such as product brand (Jordan, Yeezy, UA etc), size, stock, and uploading pics. Please review your app to see what I’m talking about because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one having this issue

I'm not new to KIXIFY and emails typically take 2-3 weeks to answer and they're new detection system will suspend you for making offsite transactions even when you didn't and then back to my original statement .... You wait 2-3 weeks for a email response

I've purchased 8-10 pairs of kicks on this app that can't be found in stores where I live, and they have all been perfect. Shop around in KIXIFY for the best prices, because some sellers ask for too much money. I've always been able to get great kicks at a reasonable price.

Don’t buy from them I bough a item never got a tracking number contacted the seller no answer emailed the seller no answer messaged his PayPal no answer some people no longer use this platform and moved to stok x and goat so what ever items they had for sale they probably forgot to take the item down after they sold it on another platform

It’s a bunch of scammers on this website and this app stole $90 from me. I refunded 5 items I have that were out of stock. Instead of this app refunding the $18 they kept it. I emailed twice and no response. I tried calling PayPal and of course they are useless so now I have to open a fraud claim with my bank and file a dispute. DO NOT USE KIXIFY!
