App was working fine till last couple of weeks but from last 3 weeks I am getting “Service temporarily unavailable “ after successful login faceid/mpin . This is really sad issue didn’t fix even in 3 weeks.
Steps - Latest app version from App Store, then login by mpin or faceid after successful login ( no error) it goes to main page ( dashboard) and shows “we apologize, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later and app becomes unresponsive.

I wonder did anyone in RBL even tested RBLMyCard. Getting past registration itself is a big problem.

Severely lacking training.

Even after sharing screenshots and explaining the UI issue of the keyboard being stuck during registration, this is the response from support:

There is no option from registration with e sim asking physical sim options but there is no physical sim in my iPhone am using e sim from last 3 years how can i update or replace with e sim

i am really disappointed in RBLMyCard interface that it doesn't allow to navigate on the message verifying screen as the keyboard doesn't go away, thus i am unable to use the application so far, i urge the developers to fix this issue as soon as possible. it will be appreciated.

I have eSIM on my phone and RBLMyCard keeps asking me to insert the registered physical SIM !!!
How silly are the developers of RBLMyCard?
I have the registered numbers eSIM but it’s if no use. Now I cannot manage my card, what a headache.

Im trying to open RBLMyCard but I couldn’t, it been showing something went wrong for the past 2 days, I have to pay bills immediately, any more delay could cause me penality. Immediate resolution is what I seek.

The Android app works well enough but the iOS app does not get past the login screen.

It’s hard to take a business seriously if it does not serve the customer base more likely to have discretionary money to spend via credit cards.

The card design is snazzy but useful. Wish the same could be said of RBLMyCard .

Activate Touch ID and u gone

I am using iPhone 6plus. Also I have registered my credit card and I am able to login using mPin, but when I try to login using Touch ID it's giving error, please register your credit card. Please fix this error.

The other features for switching off/on credit card very good feature. If you fix this above bug I will give you 5 rating.

Your app is extremely slow and primitive in design. Sometimes unresponsive. In today's time when all banks are focusing on service through technology, this kind of app from one of the fastest growing back like you shows your technological inferiority.

You need to update RBLMyCard from scratch and make it instantly fast, responsive and appealing.

Aap is better now but only concern is we don’t have options to pay our rbl credit card payment through other debit cards like their is only few banks registered but no options to select axis bank cards how to proceed and make payments????
