App was working fine till last couple of weeks but from last 3 weeks I am getting “Service temporarily unavailable “ after successful login faceid/mpin . This is really sad issue didn’t fix even in 3 weeks.
Steps - Latest app version from App Store, then login by mpin or faceid after successful login ( no error) it goes to main page ( dashboard) and shows “we apologize, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later and app becomes unresponsive.

Im trying to open this app but I couldn’t, it been showing something went wrong for the past 2 days, I have to pay bills immediately, any more delay could cause me penality. Immediate resolution is what I seek.

Doesn’t recognize eSIM

I have eSIM on my phone and the app keeps asking me to insert the registered physical SIM !!!
How silly are the developers of this app?
I have the registered numbers eSIM but it’s if no use. Now I cannot manage my card, what a headache.
