How to fix Supportworks app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Supportworks app on iPhone
Update Supportworks app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Supportworks iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Supportworks on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Supportworks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Supportworks Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Supportworks not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Supportworks App
1. On android, goto Settings » Supportworks » click [Force Stop]

Update Supportworks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Supportworks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Supportworks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Supportworks.

Fix Supportworks unable to contact server/ Supportworks internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Supportworks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Supportworks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
