Was pretty excited to try this. There was a reward for a cheeseburger with first mobile order that said to mention the coupon. The location I went to had NO idea what I was talking about and the reward automatically deleted. No reward. Really disappointed the employees aren't honoring rewards. Glad it happened early I guess. You have to spend $50 to get enough points for a small milkshake, I would have been really mad if it had been that reward.

If you ever have an issue with your order, there is no one to call. I tried in vain to resolve an issue with my order before it was fulfilled. The store couldn’t see it because it was delivery via door dash, and I don’t have a door dash account, as the order goes through Burgerville. Now for the third time in a row our order was messed up, and Burgerville says “call door dash”, and door dash can’t help me because I don’t have an account.

Want to add something else to order? Good luck. Want it to remember the same store you always use? Tough luck. It’ll change incorrectly based on your location. Want to cancel an order? Can’t do it. I used to got to Burgerville once a week. That’s dropped down to once a month, and now to never again. The third party pick up service is also a complete joke.
