Made reservations on Carrabbas for 5:30pm on Mother’s Day & as we arrived it told us to stay in our vehicle until we received a text that our table was ready. One member of our party backed up @ the last minute because she want feeling well, so I went in to let them know. I was told my party had been seated. I said that wasn’t possible we were in the car & shows them my text & she verified my name. She looked over her shoulder at the people that checked in with my reservation!! I then had to wait again for another table since my reservation was given to someone that was t me. They should make them show the text that proves or make them provide the phone # associated to make sure because that really sucked!! The food was fabulous as always, super tasty & our server was great very friendly & on top of everything despite how busy it was. We were able to enjoy our dinner despite the rough start that was not really their fault, but I do think they can put something in place to avoid annoying rude people like that from messing up other peoples reservations.

We come here to eat a couple of times a month and have never been disappointed! You can taste the difference between their freshly made food and other establishments prepared food! Food here is Soooo good! We’ve tried many different things and everything was great! The service is always attentive and friendly! Just great all around!

I will say that I have been coming to this app almost every Friday night. But this last visit is my last time that will come back. The last manager Mariah was the best now knowing that she left the management they have is by far the worst. I ordered a pizza and it came out burnt and tasted awful. When I asked that I wanted to have them redo it the manager had the nerve to say if I have ever had a pizza from there before. I am sure I know that pizza should not be burnt. Then my husband ordered a double makers when we got it it had stuff floating in it. So when we get our bill they have the nerve to still charge us. When we told them that we would like to speak to the manager the waiter asked him and he basically said that he was to busy. Wow what the hell never again.

Carrabbas is great for paying your bill provided you've entered a personal passcode and a credit card when you first download it, but it can be slow especially at peak times. The tip starts at 18% and you can go up or down before paying the bill. You can also pay a dollar amount and put in notes too! Just wish they'd open a Carrabba's in the San Diego area as there's already a Fleming's Steak House there!

We had the pleasure of being seated by a waiter who’s name is Legendary Angel! This was the second time we sat in his section and both times he did not disappoint. He make great suggestions on the menu and drinks. He made sure our food was to our liking and we enjoyed. We will continue to go back as long as we have great service like this. He is truly LEGENDARY!!

Where can you get lunch for $9.99 that includes soup, salad and a small plate selection and we took leftovers. Service was great and love to be able to pay through Carrabbas . No credit card is passed from person to person. Lemoncillo bread pudding was delicious. Huge portion enough for 2 but even with just 2 of us we couldn't finish it

Laura our server was wonderful. She anticipated everything that we would need in this COVID-19 era and bought it to our table, she managed all her tables without appearing hurried, giving each of them her undivided attention during their interaction. Laura is the caliber of server that you would expect to find in a high end NYC restaurant, hang on to her.

We had our wedding dinner at Carrabba’s a year ago New Year’s Eve. Excellent service and dinner. We went back for our anniversary this year and they remembered us . Had a fantastic meal and as I was paying the check the manager brought my wife and I an exquisite desert . That’s old school business. Unbelievable for a chain restaurant. Thanks Carrabba’s .

this app is a great place to dine with family and friends. They have wonderful service and the food is consistently prepared well. If something is wrong(which doesn't happen often) they quickly apologize and fix it. One of my favorite restaurants!

I really like being able to pay on my phone rather than give someone my credit card. I only wish I had a receipt to take with me. I don't want another email. Just a receipt to balance my checkbook with.

I have tried using fine rewards on several trips, and never seem to get my points, this includes bonefish and outback. This time I try to enter my receipt and frustratingly it takes me to the start as it was not the right location. It then makes you go back to the start clearing all the information as there are 3 options in Carrabbas to select for Orlando and 4 actual locations according to google. This is some kind of scam?

We’ve been coming to this location for 15 years, and it has never let us down! Not even once! I can’t say that about any restaurant I have ever patronized! It’s our date night escape!

Half the time Carrabbas doesn’t even work properly. When you use the check in feature it doesn’t always send to the restaurant. And it doesn’t matter if you show them your phone with a confirmed check in time.... they still put you on the bottom of the list. And the times it does work- I’m not getting points at the restaurant for my dining rewards. Use a similar app and rewards at BJ’s and it works every time.

They are doing a wonderful job with Covid safety. Seating is distanced, and EVERYONE is wearing masks—properly. They are cleaning constantly. Of course, the food is as delicious as always, and there are some new dishes on the menu (truffle Parmesan fries anyone?). Managers are completely committed to proving an enjoyable dining experience.

I’m here once a week for their amazing pizza. However the calamari is just as exemplary. There are at least four staff members that I’m always glad to see and say hello to. I’ve been coming here since about 2001. It never gets old.

We love Carrabbas and it has made dining at this app even more enjoyable. Carrabbas is user friendly and offers a bonus experience without having to clip or bother with those annoying coupons!!

this app, and the Grandville MI location in particular, is always a first class dining experience. Great food, service, ambiance... the whole package. It is out go-to when we need a classy meal.

Carrabbas won’t let me link my rewards account. I try to log in since I already have an account and it tells me that an account is already active with my email and phone number. I try to sign up for a new account and it tells me the same thing. Other than that it works great. I’d love to be able to see my rewards progress though.

I just re-downloaded Carrabbas and now it will not link my rewards account, a function that it always did before without a problem. I can fill in all my information but when I press the “link my account” button after checking the agree box, nothing happens. It registers the button press but doesn’t do anything. I can press it 50 times and nothing.

Love the food, love Carrabbas . I wish more restaurants would do this. I think business would improve if you get could on the list prior to arrival. No one wants to wait hours to get in the restaurant to eat. Amazing!

We had an excellent waiter and the food was great on a busy night. Carrabbas is good but I do not understand why I always have to put in my email address to get a copy of the receipt - you already have my email because you send me offers and reward info so why can’t you just use it to send me the receipt when I request one.

I use Carrabbas to get on the wait list. I purposefully try to not go at busier times so Carrabbas doesn’t make a difference most visits, but when it is busy Carrabbas gets us seated quicker. We dine at this app about 3 times a month so we use Carrabbas frequently.
