I got 4 10$ extra bonus cards in Jax Fla. and I live in Macon Ga. Tried to use them here and they will not work.
An entire section of the dining room taken for your Wine Dinner. At least twenty-five seats taken in the dining room for wine stagging. We had a handicapped person in our party, not able to sit at high top tables. I had five people at a booth with a chair. The server had nine tables. Everyone else was helping with the Wine Dinner. The General Manager was drinking beer in the dining room and socializing with the wine dinner participants. Our glasses stayed empty through the meal. The General Manager made eye contact with me and our table numerous times, although, our glasses remained empty. The service was compromised the experience was compromised and I chose Carrabba's for Veal on my birthday. I will never go to Carrabba's on Tuesday again. Please, Do not send me gift certificates, cards or opportunities for discounts. Each guest in my party had a ticket average of $55 We were not signed up for your Wine Dinner. We felt like we were in your way. People never forget how you make them feel.
I went to your restaurant yesterday 5/8, it was EXTREMLEY busy. My friend and I decided to wait the 40 minutes, not a problem in my mind SO WORHT IT! (LOVE your restaurant) However, an elderly couple came in after us, and got seated before us. All good, I have respect. However after we were sat, our server was quick to come over, take our drink order and proceed to tell us how busy they were and we would have a wait. Ok no problem, I love your restaurant so we were willing to wait. We proceeded to place our order and what I wanted Linguine Politstano was not available. To be very honest, it is THE ONLY THING I have ever ordered from you and it is my ABSOLUTE favorite. I was told you did not have the Pic Pac sauce. Being very disappointed, I ordered the Chicken Parm...(I'm a chicken person) But, after 58 minutes, our meals came out and my friend was missing her spinich with her meal and my Chicken Parm was BURNT bad. I would have complained in the restaurant, but your servers were clearly overwhelmed and I appreciate them so I did not want to bother her. I NEVER give bad reviews on Social Media or in public, but wanted to let you know that I was very disappointed with my visit. I do not live close to your location so after travel time and expecting my normal delicious meal and service, it was a let down. Half the time the app doesn’t even work properly. When you use the check in feature it doesn’t always send to the restaurant. And it doesn’t matter if you show them your phone with a confirmed check in time.... they still put you on the bottom of the list. And the times it does work- I’m not getting points at the restaurant for my dining rewards. Use a similar app and rewards at BJ’s and it works every time.

I just re-downloaded the app and now it will not link my rewards account, a function that it always did before without a problem. I can fill in all my information but when I press the “link my account” button after checking the agree box, nothing happens. It registers the button press but doesn’t do anything. I can press it 50 times and nothing.

I will say that I have been coming to Carrabbas almost every Friday night. But this last visit is my last time that will come back. The last manager Mariah was the best now knowing that she left the management they have is by far the worst. I ordered a pizza and it came out burnt and tasted awful. When I asked that I wanted to have them redo it the manager had the nerve to say if I have ever had a pizza from there before. I am sure I know that pizza should not be burnt. Then my husband ordered a double makers when we got it it had stuff floating in it. So when we get our bill they have the nerve to still charge us. When we told them that we would like to speak to the manager the waiter asked him and he basically said that he was to busy. Wow what the hell never again.
