No notifications

Crisp fails to send you a push notification if you have the website open and focused on a computer. I’ve had issues where I’m not at my computer and missed a chat because the notification didn’t come through on Crisp but did on the computer. This requires me to close the this app website anytime I leave my computer and use my phone. This needs to be solved as soon as possible. I am located in the US as the developer pointed out before that Open Signal notifications do not work in some countries.

No Notification

Everything is well designed but 2 huge issues.
1) no notification shows up in ios 13.1.3 or sounds when you have a new chat. you have to always check your website panel or have Crisp open at all times. And yes; I have enabled all kind of notification in ios and Crisp .

2) when you scroll down the live visitor list, it always opens the one you touch. You want to scroll but it does tap on list.

Notification issues not resolved after two years

It’s been two years and you till haven’t resolved your mobile app notification issue

Suddenly Crisp decides to not send notifications wether you restart Crisp or your phone

Great app easy to use, missing one thing

I really enjoy Crisp , this works really great but I’m giving 4 stars because this has no dark mode. Please add one for ease on my eyes! 😂

Saves you time and money.

Your customers have hundreds of questions that require a human to answer them every day. this app allows you to gradually automate all these mundane tasks. Using these app has allowed us to increase customer satisfaction and sales and it has also eliminated the need to hire more people to handle these mundane tasks. Wether your customers prefer to communicate via phone, text, email, live chat, automated chat (bot) this app has the power to help you develop a knowledge base that can be easily and automatically be delivered to the customer. It takes a little bit of time to understand how all the options can be configured, but it is well worth it. Plus, it is the most affordable option of the other solutions in the marketplace, like Intercom or Gorgias. We run two businesses on Shopify and we highly recommend Crisp.

Does the basics well

I use this app as part of a "control center" for my business. Having a solid mobile app makes it easy for me to operate from anywhere.

Great business tool!

Great to funnel all websites and social into sales, support and more to manage in one crm/chat solution. Also the help desk and status dashboard eliminates the need for other platforms.

Beautiful Mobile App

I used Crisp for iPhone and it’s very easy to use. Plus it’s also provide live conversation with my customers. Very easiest and user friendly.

Love all the features

this app is great! My favorite feature is the visitors online. I am just starting a new business and getting notifications of visits as they happen is thrilling! Practically get notified within a few seconds! Love it ❤️

Awesome application.. i can use messenger but I don't do it because this app give extra facility ..that is if any person don't have facebook account so that they can't talk to me in my website my messenger plugin... but in this app customer no need to create extra account to communicate with me ....

Beats the HelpScout app 🙌

I had to use HepScout (kinda similar functions) for years at a previous job. I actually really liked HelpScout except the mobile experience was awful… basically useless if you weren’t on a big screen device if you ask me.

this app Chat got it right with their app, and I use it similarly to how I used HelpScout before. All the functions I have looked for in Crisp are present and make sense.

The only frustration for me so far has been that by default the mobile app filters chats by default in the Inbox, so I would get and alert and click it to open Crisp and if the chat was for another agent the chat would then be filtered out of the default Inbox view.

I finally figured out the little filter capsule interface at the bottom of the chat works on iOS just like it does on the web. Combined with the top filter I was able for see and work with all the chats!

Suggestion: It would be rad to be able to edit helpdesk articles and categories on the go in this mobile app!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️overall - thank you for a reliable and fast app that lets me stay in contact via chat when I am away from my main computer.

Great app but needs improvement

Love the service and app, especially the customer support which is the best I've seen so far. Only concern is that the notifications are slow which affecting our service, many people leave before we reply. We need instant notifications no 1-2 min delay.

Love the integration

This is a great chat tool that easily lets us help our clients from within our app. It is also integrated to tools we use to build our platform which is how we learned about it. Give it a try, they make it easy to evaluate.

Great for our business

We had Intercom, and it was expensive and complicated. this app works great for our small business. It’s affordable and much more user friendly. I love that it can even link to your social media and notify you of notifications there. Try it out!

Did not realize the impact

I am a medical provider and I added this application to my site: within weeks I am communicating with patients who have many questions: this has sure open the doorIn facilitating access to many of my patients as well as people abroad: flawless and easy to use: great regards to the designers who had the great insight to design it easy and extremely functional

Amazing Service

I have been using this app for about 3 years. They have come a long way. Their customer server is top notch. The chat functionality is great and so is their other features. If you have or are a developer you can do just about anything using their API which the documentation for it is extremely well made. Anything is possible with this app.

Love Crisp for customet support

We’ve had an awesome experience using this app! It’s super helpful to provide support for a Shopify app given they enrich the data of our customers and share the Shopify URL to help us more quickly support them. We love their chat translation feature, their internal notes feature, their saved responses feature, and their helpdesk! Only complaint is we could use an internal ticketing system for better managing tickets across team members. We’re using segments and filters for the time being to get around it.

It’s just so good

I never review apps, but this one is so good I had to thank them. They did amazing job and everything runs so smoothly it’s amazing. Good job guys keep it up ❤️
