I’ve been using OnfleetDriver for a couple of weeks and have been comparing it to my odometer and google maps. It’s become quite clear that Onfleet is under calculating my miles by 8 percent. I estimated that will be over $1000 a year I’m loosing in millage reimbursement. So that means OnfleetDriver will cost me $1000 a year to use. I strongly suggest anyone using OnfleetDriver or considering using OnfleetDriver to measure it comparison with other apps. I contacted Alex, lead engineer in the support department and he gave me the lamest response how it was my odometer and google that was wrong and when I pressed him with my evidence he simple didn’t respond. I’ll assume he is aware of the design flaw and chooses to ignore it. If you get paid for miles, save yourself $1000 or more a year and use a different app because OnfleetDriver will steal money from you. If you are a dishonest employer this would be an excellent way to steal from your drivers. You would be able to steal thousands of dollars a year. Check it for yourself I’m sure your results will be similar to mine OnfleetDriver is literally a rip off.

On fleet insists that it needs your location data to always be on in order to work but says that it will not pull your location when you’re off duty. My iPhone notified me that it had pulled my location 3 times in the last few days despite not being on duty at all during that period. Not only is the requirement to keep location data always on ridiculous but they are also lying about when and how they will use that data

Our company which uses this ap for now and we are huge and in almost all 50 states. We have someone working on our own system now because the company keeps complicating what was once simple and taking away features we started out with. When out route supervisor asked to return features, no lie, they told him he wasnt high enough in the company to request that. Of course they say they want to help u but their reply is, " its not suppose to do that". Clearly the people writing this have never been in a delivery position. They keep changing the colors, the fonts and causing more un mecessary steps to complete the task. Save yourself the heartache and frustration and pick another ap

Overall very well organized and user friendly. One thing I’d love to see change (or know how to use) is how to put a task on hold - or reset it after it’s started. Sometimes my path ends up changing for one reason or another, but if I’ve already started a task I can’t start a new one until I “complete” the started one. Sometimes I just need to put it on hold and come back later. But other than that, love using OnfleetDriver!

First, the completion of a task should ask to confirm so that you can’t accidentally complete a task in your pocket or otherwise. And second, weather the task is completed or not, you should always be able to delete pictures that were accidentally taken and add more pictures after the task has been completed

OnfleetDriver is AWESOME for delivery jobs, all employers should use it. The only issue is that it disconnects and glitches often. Usually can be fixed by restating your phone or switching on and off from airplane mode to reset your connection. Would be even better if they could get a handle on this!

We’ve been using OnfleetDriver for our business for a long time now. Works exceptionally well, however in the latest update it removed the “copy to clipboard function”. Usually when you start a task it copies the address automatically so we can input into google maps and it no longer does that. Please add that back ASAP! Thankyou

Please update the the Onfleet to connect to using the WAZE App. I consistently get taken to the wrong address or routed in the wrong direction as the Google Map or Maps App is outdated.

Also, one of the benefits of Waze is that it tells you your speed you are currently driving, the speed zone speed, and also alerts you to Police on your route.

All together, makes drops offs more time effective and much safer!!

As a bike messenger, sometimes I just want to peek at the address while I’m riding in a safe manner and having to go through my phone is unsafe and time consuming, not to mention, because of COVID, I wear a mask so I can’t Face ID safely.

Please make a watch extension that shows the address of my current drop off, it would make my life easier and much safer.

So far OnfleetDriver functions. I would give OnfleetDriver 5 stars if they showed on OnfleetDriver the customer corresponding with the animal. For example; I took over a shift and didn’t receive a business email which shows an animal assigned to a customer ~ it’s a great way to stay organized with big orders. If there was an option for the dispatch to be able to assign the corresponding animal with the order on OnfleetDriver would be great in case business email isn’t received. I would also do away with having to hold down the start button to begin a task and use a swipe method instead.

Apparently OnfleetDriver or the dispatcher can’t correct it when OnfleetDriver is trying to put the location of the stop at the wrong address even when the correct address is listed. If you are unfamiliar with the area and the geo location OnfleetDriver gives google maps put the stop in one set of buildings, but it’s actually across the street, you can drive around for awhile trying to figure things out or just cancel the delivery. Very frustrating.

I really like OnfleetDriver. If there’s ever a question about a delivery being completed, you can go back in your history and find the picture as proof. OnfleetDriver is easy to navigate. The only issue I have, is that you cannot suspend a task once you have started it. So, let’s say I start a task for delivery and that route has an extreme amount of traffic on it and I decide it would be easier to do my second delivery first to be able to come back to that first delivery from a different direction to avoid all the traffic. You cannot suspend the task that you are currently on to be able to go to a different task. There is simply no way to do it. That is the only major flaw that I see in OnfleetDriver so far.

Great for me and other employees to do jobs. Tracking, inventory/ photos ( delivery) navigation system is great. So far I haven’t got out at the wrong address or thrown off. It makes it easy I have daily tasks and it puts them in order. All info is there that I need to do my job clean, quick and efficiently with no headache.

OnfleetDriver works great, I have been using for about a month and it’s been smooth sailing. Notifies you when your near a drop off so you won’t forget anything you’ve started. I allows you to communicate with Consumers Privately without a breech in your own privacy via phone number. I love it and would recommend!

Metro speedy is a great company they’re flexible with your days and the job is self explanatory. They made me feel very welcomed and answered every question I had . Workers are also very helpful specially to beginners like my self. So happy I found this job and I’m looking forward to growing with this company as they are expanding to more locations .

I think Onfleet is awesome! It’s a wonderful way to serve people in our communities and make some money. OnfleetDriver is really user friendly, as well. I provided domestic type moves for about 10 years. Also small office moves. I have never seen anything like this. Who ever came up with this as an idea, is a genius!

Idk what other companies use this but it helps out mine a lot. Now I’m just a simple driver but OnfleetDriver makes it easy for not only myself but my team as well. Dispatch inputs orders/notes in their end and everything pops up on my phone instantly. A few glitches here and their but what app doesn’t do that. All I have to do is close out and reopen.

The OnFleet app is very simple to use. It makes it very easy for a gig worker to pick up the prescription from the pharmacy quickly and efficiently have the pharmacist approve the orders and then it takes you directly to the patient home. I also like the way the deliveries are not zig-zag all over the city, OnfleetDriver does an amazing job at organizing the deliveries and basically takes you on a loop which saves gas and saves time.

I love OnfleetDriver i just wish we could create and add tasks through our phones and also when i try calling a customer through OnfleetDriver not only does it give me a number different than the customers actual number it gives the customer my number as a different number too.
For example the business i work for is based in detroit when i arrived at the customers house and called him at the time i told him i would he told me he got a ohio number or chicago i can’t remember but my point is thats a whole different state and whole different number so other than these small issues OnfleetDriver is good with these fixed it would be 100%

OnfleetDriver makes a complex delivery route easy to do. It allows for communication between the delivery person and the recipient without compromising the privacy of either. The map function facilitates accuracy of deliveries. The ability to record a note to identify obscure addresses is helpful. Not sure if OnfleetDriver suggests a sequential order for the route, if it does, this could be improved. There could be less backtracking over the route. Overall, Onfleet provides an excellent structured approach to delivering items for an amateur delivery person unfamiliar with the delivery route.

I liked how easy it was to sign in before the last update.

OnfleetDriver used to store the password and phone number and all I had to do was click sign in. Now OnfleetDriver forgets my password and sometimes the phone number so I have to type both in to login.

Very annoying when I'm driving and take my eyes off the road.

If a person is not home, OnfleetDriver should let me skip it for now and come back to it later. Right now my only option is to let it “fail” which I can’t go back. So I end up not completing this address and proceed to later ones without being able to access their details.
