I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks and have been comparing it to my odometer and google maps. It’s become quite clear that Onfleet is under calculating my miles by 8 percent. I estimated that will be over $1000 a year I’m loosing in millage reimbursement. So that means this app will cost me $1000 a year to use. I strongly suggest anyone using this app or considering using this app to measure it comparison with other apps. I contacted Alex, lead engineer in the support department and he gave me the lamest response how it was my odometer and google that was wrong and when I pressed him with my evidence he simple didn’t respond. I’ll assume he is aware of the design flaw and chooses to ignore it. If you get paid for miles, save yourself $1000 or more a year and use a different app because this app will steal money from you. If you are a dishonest employer this would be an excellent way to steal from your drivers. You would be able to steal thousands of dollars a year. Check it for yourself I’m sure your results will be similar to mine this app is literally a rip off.

Our company which uses this ap for now and we are huge and in almost all 50 states. We have someone working on our own system now because the company keeps complicating what was once simple and taking away features we started out with. When out route supervisor asked to return features, no lie, they told him he wasnt high enough in the company to request that. Of course they say they want to help u but their reply is, " its not suppose to do that". Clearly the people writing this have never been in a delivery position. They keep changing the colors, the fonts and causing more un mecessary steps to complete the task. Save yourself the heartache and frustration and pick another ap

On fleet insists that it needs your location data to always be on in order to work but says that it will not pull your location when you’re off duty. My iPhone notified me that it had pulled my location 3 times in the last few days despite not being on duty at all during that period. Not only is the requirement to keep location data always on ridiculous but they are also lying about when and how they will use that data
