Hello. I cannot seem to log in. I did get in when I had the temporary password, but now I cannot. When I press the "forgot" button I get a message stating "invalid phone number format," but the number is entered correctly and looks normal. There seems to be nothing I can do. I have a new job and must get this solved ASAP. Thank you.
