YMCAOfGreaterIndianapolis used to work fine, I could track my workouts on treadmills... But suddenly it stopped tracking all together, and tells me to update it when it's already updated. On top of that I can't even view my previous workouts. Considering there's not much else you can do with YMCAOfGreaterIndianapolis it's rendered complete useless. Complete waste.

First of all it won’t acknowledge my membership despite the efforts of many. I’ll try reinstalling, so maybe.
But it won’t let me search for live classes only, and I can’t search more than one branch at a time (unless I want to search the whole damned city). My work is equidistant to two different branches, and my schedule is wonky. They don’t make it easy to find a class I want to/ can get to!

YMCAOfGreaterIndianapolis is ok but could be much better. Once you log your home YMCA, it would be great if it included information about that location (more than just hours) like events coming up, new classes to try, etc. The most beneficial component would be if you could add in the group class schedule for each location - it's hard to stay up to date given that it changes relatively often.

Since app support doesn’t go anywhere I will leave my bug complaint here. I turned off cellular data on my phone to try not to go over my data. For some unknown reason YMCAOfGreaterIndianapolis logged me out and deleted my login information. Now I can’t get into my account. An app should not need continuous access or cellular data in order to store my information. That should be in my phone.

I click the log in button after it logged me out and there is no “sign in” button. It keeps checking my username which I have and says “looks like you already have an account, forgot password?” No I haven’t forgotten my password. There is no area to put my password or to click “sign in.”

I find it's very easy to use would only suggest adding additional ways you could exercise including using a mini trampoline.
