I have not been able access the Mohela website since February 8th. Prior to this date, I was always to sign-in to check if there had been any updates to my account. I am a Federal Government employee and I was informed that my PSLF form had been approved. February 8th is the same date that I received an email from Mohela welcoming me to Mohela (though I had established an account in the system several months prior to this email). I saved the web page as a favorite. But now, even when I type in the web address manually, I cannot access the website.

How to fix MOHELA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MOHELA app on iPhone
Update MOHELA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MOHELA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MOHELA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MOHELA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MOHELA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MOHELA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MOHELA App
1. On android, goto Settings » MOHELA » click [Force Stop]

Update MOHELA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MOHELA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MOHELA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MOHELA.

Fix MOHELA unable to contact server/ MOHELA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MOHELA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MOHELA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MOHELA
