I have not been able access the Mohela website since February 8th. Prior to this date, I was always to sign-in to check if there had been any updates to my account. I am a Federal Government employee and I was informed that my PSLF form had been approved. February 8th is the same date that I received an email from Mohela welcoming me to Mohela (though I had established an account in the system several months prior to this email). I saved the web page as a favorite. But now, even when I type in the web address manually, I cannot access the website.
Unable to connect to mohela.com site to process PSLF.
I am unable to connect to mohela.com in order to make a payment on my student loan on 19th of September. What is going on?
