1 year agoIt is impossible to get a human on the phone!! I have created an account and it will say either "wrong SS #" or "wrong password". I have called and called.... NO customer service

So slow
I am honestly never really write reviews before but this app and their website is absolutely horrendous. Nothing loads and I can’t access important information. I would never take a loan out with them again !

Horrible. Why FedLoan Why.
I don't understand.. Is the 'Remember Me' & 'Face ID' just a decoration? What's the point of having those options if this app doesn't even remember your login info...? It's the end of 2021 & you're telling me this app STILL doesn't have Face ID down? Get it together please..

What a hassle
I was recently transferred from Fedloan. I have found that Mejia has nothing but clunky and difficult to use. I have also found their customer service to be lacking. I wish that I could give zero stars.
