They should work on fix GatewiseMultifamilyAccess besides adding a new look

My apartments use GatewiseMultifamilyAccess for our main gates and after updating none of the gates work. It’s extremely frustrating when I want to let someone in or just go home. Please fix this problem!!

I agree with the reviewer about the inconsistency. I also used to be able to ask Siri to open the gates which was very convenient but it hasn’t been working lately. This just adds more steps while I’m pulling up near my complex... I need to unlock my phone, find GatewiseMultifamilyAccess , open GatewiseMultifamilyAccess and press the unlock gate button since the widget option is USELESS.

It shouldn't be that complicated. Hit a button and open a gate. But the widget never works. The buttons in GatewiseMultifamilyAccess usually do, but the last five times through my gate has required 12 attempts at the button. I wish my development had not switched to this product. I never had a problem with the prior system.

I love the new interface in GatewiseMultifamilyAccess and the fact you can tell Siri to open up the gate, even though sometimes Siri can be funny and won’t open it. Anyway my low rating is due to the fact that whenever I open GatewiseMultifamilyAccess to open the gate, it stops the music I’m playing. That aggravates me so much. No need to do that unless you are using the voice commands.

Other than that, the new update was welcome. If you guys fix that issue with the music once I opened GatewiseMultifamilyAccess , I will give a 10 star review.

App works well. Would give it 5 stars if it had CarPlay support. Our apartment complex replaced our physical fobs with this, so to open the gate and garage you now have to use GatewiseMultifamilyAccess while driving. Would be awesome if I had easier access to it from my dashboard!

Please remove the pop up saying that Bluetooth is required. At least for my building, this is not a requirement and the pop up is really annoying.

I wish you could add GatewiseMultifamilyAccess to your Apple Watch just in case your phone dies or you don’t have your phone on you. Sometimes there are glitches where it won’t connect to the gate which is frustrating.

GatewiseMultifamilyAccess works for me with my siri but i miss being able to send the key to people. It makes it so much harder for my family and friends to come over now because they come over while im at work so im not always able to open the gate for them. Other than that i like GatewiseMultifamilyAccess

So far so good, but there is room for improvements. I wish GatewiseMultifamilyAccess was compatible with Apple CarPlay, so instead of pulling out a phone and accessing it there you could click a couple of buttons on Apple CarPlay and the gate will open.

Great app. I can remotely open my gate from anywhere. Whether it’s myself, a family member, delivery or whoever needs access, it’s right on my phone. Easy. BUT please install an option to turn OFF the tone when the gate opens :)

I like the new look, I'll give credits to that, but right now I've been having problems using it because it just freezes or GatewiseMultifamilyAccess crashes constantly without responding. There are suppose to be one or two buttons appearing for the gate to open but there werent showing up? Needs a fix ASAP because I can't go open the gate at my apartments because of this and I look like a fool sitting outside when I live in the apartments! This has been happening every since the update, so please fix it and I'll bring this up to a 5 star if it gets fixed!

The new update is aesthetically pleasing. However, every time I go to use the application to open the gate my music stops immediately and then I have to hit play to start my music again. It is extremely frustrating. I didn’t have this problem before the update and I really hope it’s just temporary.

GatewiseMultifamilyAccess on my phone is LESS convenient than having a remote when driving. The phone app takes stopping at the gate, pulling my phone out, typing in my security number (mask), then tapping GatewiseMultifamilyAccess , wait for it to load, pushing the button.

With a remote, just push the button

But I’m peeved that I’m required to download an app to access my property… this makes 4 apps I’ve downloaded for Weston company. Wrong place to post, I know, but if it ain’t broke — don’t fix it!

Also, it’s a smaller population but scores of people don’t use smart phones or can’t operate them quickly/effectively. Disappointed in my management company for this one.

App works fine though lol.

Can we fix this issue? Even with GatewiseMultifamilyAccess sounds turned off, it still pauses music playing.

Update: the developers are looking in to the issue. It’s not a bad app, just an annoyance. L

GatewiseMultifamilyAccess is so convenient, no more problems with letting my guests in. I must say I preferred the previous design... but the option to open the gate using Siri command is so cool (and safe)

I'm using an iPhone SE (2020) on iOS 14.1. GatewiseMultifamilyAccess works, but the widget is useless. It does not open either of the two available gates at our complex. I'm forced to open the actual app in order to get either gate to open. Also, the widget only displays one gate button while GatewiseMultifamilyAccess displays both gate options. GatewiseMultifamilyAccess widget needs to let the user know which gate is assigned to the widget. Not a useful, much less functional, widget at this time.
