Update won’t work at all

My apartments use this app for our main gates and after updating none of the gates work. It’s extremely frustrating when I want to let someone in or just go home. Please fix this problem!!

Nice interface/ hate the music stopping

I love the new interface in the app and the fact you can tell Siri to open up the gate, even though sometimes Siri can be funny and won’t open it. Anyway my low rating is due to the fact that whenever I open this app to open the gate, it stops the music I’m playing. That aggravates me so much. No need to do that unless you are using the voice commands.
Other than that, the new update was welcome. If you guys fix that issue with the music once I opened the app, I will give a 10 star review.
