Tide app not working at all on my iPhone 13 , I have forced stop, have even uninstalled and re-installed the app but nothing. I have then installed the app on another phone from the app store and it still nothing..

Tide app not working at all on my android phone, I have forced stop, cleared cache, have even uninstalled and re-installed the app but nothing. I have then installed the app on another phone from the Play store and it still crashes!! Please help
