To resolve In Shape Fitness. network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the In Shape Fitness. App
1. On android, goto Settings » In Shape Fitness. » click [Force Stop]

Clear In Shape Fitness. App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » In Shape Fitness. » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart In Shape Fitness..

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click In Shape Fitness. » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto In Shape Fitness. » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch In Shape Fitness.
