For people who only have a phone to go online the process is arduous & time consuming.
Both the Federal & State (CT) were difficult to use. Having the back button so close to the area where the answers were input and having to scroll so far to even see the “Next” option also made it easy to make mistakes.

Impossible to get set up to use. Can not get combination user ID and password to work. Keeps asking for my SSN as User ID. No matter what format I use to enter I get an invalid user ID message.

WheresMyRefundoWMR is horrible. You click WheresMyRefundoWMR and it sends you to the website. Save you the time using WheresMyRefundoWMR just go to the website.

It had me enter my info then pulls up review & submit but no where to submit!

Did not even get started! The very first page tells you find your state... ok.... hit Texas and an icon pops up that’s says “Lucky You! Since I live in Texas I don’t have to pay some kind of taxes!
Could not go any further.... ya lucky me! Bunch of crap

WheresMyRefundoWMR is asking for personal information that is not required to track your refund. WheresMyRefundoWMR would not let me continue unless I gave them the personal info they requested. I deleted them.
