Where’s My Refundo? WMR+ Reviews

For people who only have a phone to go online the process is arduous & time consuming.
Both the Federal & State (CT) were difficult to use. Having the back button so close to the area where the answers were input and having to scroll so far to even see the “Next” option also made it easy to make mistakes.

Nice app easy to use I liked it and very quick and self explanatory.

Secure information, quick response and many answers for questions presented

What is the point of WheresMyRefundoWMR when you can get the Irs app and it does the exact same thing. why have a middleman if you don’t need one.

Can’t see my refund

It’s very hard to find the answers to know if eligible or not and were is the status of the payment.

Did not even get started! The very first page tells you find your state... ok.... hit Texas and an icon pops up that’s says “Lucky You! Since I live in Texas I don’t have to pay some kind of taxes!
Could not go any further.... ya lucky me! Bunch of crap

Best way to update your refund status. SIMPLE AND FAST!!

Confusing. Stuck in a worthless loop. Completely hopeless. Keeps telling me to phone. The phone number answers by saying they are too busy and hangs up on me. Great!!

Day filed doesn’t work

The pictures are false advertising basically. When I downloaded WheresMyRefundoWMR and then clicked IRS and also the state I live in, it took me to the actual websites.

Very easy to use.

WheresMyRefundoWMR is horrible. You click WheresMyRefundoWMR and it sends you to the website. Save you the time using WheresMyRefundoWMR just go to the website.

I was able to check on my pc but not app they keep giving me run around with taxes I filed in April

Impossible to get set up to use. Can not get combination user ID and password to work. Keeps asking for my SSN as User ID. No matter what format I use to enter I get an invalid user ID message.

It had me enter my info then pulls up review & submit but no where to submit!

If you can’t get an answer from the IRScregarding a $5,000 refund that has been overdue (since October 2021 with no letter or explanation) WheresMyRefundoWMR is no good!

I downloaded the IRS app that said there was a section about stimulus checks and there wasn’t one

The information provided about my refund was on point. I received my money the same day WheresMyRefundoWMR stated it was expected. It makes checking the status of your refund simple and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

I don't need to go to the irs website , I can find and track the progress of my refund directly from WheresMyRefundoWMR... Dope !

WheresMyRefundoWMR is asking for personal information that is not required to track your refund. WheresMyRefundoWMR would not let me continue unless I gave them the personal info they requested. I deleted them.

Entered fake info first to test it out. It says every refund is received and will be deposited Jan 30. Looks like someone is trying to get social security numbers.

I have my clients install WheresMyRefundoWMR so they can check on the status of their tax refund anytime they want, instead of calling me or go ing to Irs.gov "where's my refund" they can go here!! Great job Refundo!
